POSTS STORIES REELS

Feels like it’s been forever since I last hit the trails! With my car still in the shop, I’ve been missing my time out in nature. Today was the perfect day to get back out there, hike up Sunset Peak, and reconnect with the trail fam. Even better, we got to meet up with Frankie and friends!

Sometimes all you need is a little fresh air, good company, and a trail to remind you how much you’ve missed it.

After coming back from an amazing, unforgettable trip, I wasn’t able to do much because my car was in the shop. The post wilderness blues were definitely kicking in, so I said, “Fuck it.” 😂 Grabbed a rental and hit the trail.

Man… the wilderness is my church. 🌲🏔️ Being out there is my remedy whenever I’m stressed, overwhelmed, or just need to realign with myself. There’s something about being surrounded by nature that resets the mind, heals the body, and brings me back to who I am.

It was also great seeing some familiar faces on the trail people I haven’t seen in a while. Baldy is definitely a special place, and every time I’m there, it reminds me why I keep coming back.

Nature really is the best medicine.

One trail. One unforgettable journey. 🏔️

I’ve been sharing my John Muir Trail journey day by day, but I decided to put it all together from the first step to the very end.

This was one of the best vacations I’ve had in a long time, especially because it was something I’ve always dreamed of doing. My longest trip in the wilderness, and an experience I’ll carry with me forever.

We laughed, cried, struggled, pushed through, and made memories together. ❤️

Coming home gave me a serious case of the post-wilderness blues. I wasn’t ready for it to be over. If anything, it made me want to spend even more time out there.

The journey is definitely going in the books.
Until next year… I’ll be back, and this time, I’m staying longer.

Day 4 on the John Muir Trail

Today felt GOOD. After a solid night of rest, I woke up feeling refreshed and ready to go. The trail was pretty sweet today lakes and streams everywhere, perfect temperatures, and best of all… lots of gradual downhill!

The highlight? Finally making it to Red’s Meadow Resort!

A hot shower, fully charged phone and power bank, and an actual hot meal instead of dehydrated food… honestly, it felt like luxury in the middle of the wilderness.

Sometimes it’s the simple things that hit the hardest. Now feeling recharged, refueled, and ready for whatever the trail throws at me next.

Day 3 My body said “stay in the tent.”

The weather was getting colder, the miles were catching up to me, and this morning… I had ZERO motivation to get moving. I was dozing off, rushing to pack, and somehow skipped both breakfast and coffee.

But after a few miles, something changed. The fresh grass, warm sun rays, and mountain air slowly brought me back to life. 🌿☀️

With every step, I kept reminding myself how grateful I am to be here.

Day 1 John Muir Trail

And just like that… the John Muir Trail journey begins.

We started our trek in Yosemite, surrounded by some of the most incredible scenery I’ve ever seen. Waterfalls, granite walls, and Half Dome right there on the side of our eyes it honestly felt unreal.

We made our way up toward Clouds Rest, pushing through the miles and elevation. Once we reached the top, all the hard work was instantly worth it. The views were absolutely spectacular and breathtaking miles and miles of mountains and wilderness stretching out in every direction.

We sat up there for about an hour, taking it all in, soaking up the moment, and reminding ourselves why we came out here in the first place.

But the journey had only just begun. We packed up and continued toward our first night’s stop at Sunrise Lake, where we settled in after an unforgettable first day on the trail.

Adding some Latino flavor on the JMT! Come dance and hike with us on the John Muir Trail!

Through alpine lakes, granite mountains, creeks and rivers we danced our way through.

Our morning ritual. Magical. Vamos!

I want to take a moment to thank this beautiful person in my life who support me, believe in me, and stand by my side through it all

Your love, encouragement, and constant support mean more to me than words could ever express. I’m beyond grateful to have you in my life. Thank you for always being there and for believing in me, even when I doubt myself.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I love and appreciate you more than you know. ❤️🙏✨

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! ❤️🥾🏔️

This trek has been sitting on my bucket list for a very, very long time and somehow, I’m finally here, making it happen! There were plenty of moments when I wondered how I was going to pull it all together, but the love and support from so many of you reminded me that I wasn’t doing this alone.

To everyone who donated, shared, encouraged me, checked in on me, or simply cheered me on from afar. I see you, and I appreciate you more than words can explain. Every bit of support helped get me one step closer to this moment.

Now it’s time to lace up, hit the trail, chase those miles, soak in the views, and make some unforgettable memories. 🌄🔥
