The countdown begins...T-minus 29 days.
Feeling some type of way about my upcoming bday.

I don't feel my age & I definitely don't look it, but something ain't sitting right with me. For the first time ever, I'm kinda dreading getting another year older.

Fingers crossed that 2025 is better to me than 2024 was! 🤞🏽

This is clearly me!

This is ME embracing Myself fully & completely for the first time in Way too damn long!!

This was me giving Zero Fucks and living my best life even, if for just one day!

I was embracing the music from the 90s and early 2000s, reminiscing on all things from my life.
The good music, the good vibes and to be honest, the good make out sessions! Lol

I truly went into this trip knowing 3 things For Sure:
A. I would Dance my Ass off (don't worry, it's still there 😉)
B. I would Listen to dope music
C. I would Have fun with my friends

THIS is me being free and embracing it whole, whole, whole heartedly and I love that this Chick is still inside of me!!! 💜

I came across this picture last night from college & it reminded me of who the hell I am! I lost a lot lately, but change can be good—manifesting better things in my future. Rough seasons don't define the woman.

I haven't lost me, I'm still in the game. 💜

Staying focused, holding my ground, and keeping my eyes on what’s ahead are key. Still her! 🏐✨ #StayFocused #GoodThingsComing #RememberWhoYouAre #Me #ChangeIsGood by @mare24bear

💓Is a mammogram the most glamorous spa treatment out there? Absolutely not.
But is it quick, easy, and super important? 100%!!!

Consider this your official, friendly sign to take care of the girls and finally get that annual appointment on the calendar. 🗓

Have you scheduled yours yet? Drop a 💕 in the comments if you’re all caught up, or tag a bestie who needs a gentle nudge!

A time was had y'all! 🍸🥂🍹🍺🍷🍾

I'm done.

I need MY bed. So happy to have had this solo trip. I feel like a new woman. 😍

Industry friendships were made & I'll definitely be back. The resort, the food, the vibes were EVERYTHING!
