CPH Marathon & a new PB 🫡 official chip time: 3:44:31

ngl, this sh*t was mentally and physically so hard… my body was definitely not ready. Getting sick 3 days before the race is not ideal. Shitty sleep, low HRV…

My heart rate skyrocketed right after the first km, and I honestly thought I wouldn’t even make it to the half. But it’s insane how hard you can push the body when your mind really wants it.

Lovely cramps at km 30 that stayed with me till the end…

But the vibes and atmosphere were insane. @cphmarathon .. Love goes to all the people supporting along the way.
Marathons humble you in every way.

peace - MF

New PB!! Copenhagen, what a race/party?! 🥵🪩Extremely happy with the result, and even more so because I got to share the same course with some of the world’s elite runners at @wrrccopenhagen26 🫪

Big thank you to @danish.endurance for inviting me🫶🏼it was a blast! 🇩🇰

And thanks @anna_4manova for pacing and actually making sure we didn’t start too fast for once lol

CPH Half with @danish.endurance
🇩🇰 Sep 20th 2026 | @wrrccopenhagen26

I’m super excited for this opportunity, especially since I absolutely loved racing the full Copenhagen Marathon back in May.
Unfortunately, I got sick and wasn’t feeling 100%, so let’s call this a little half revenge 👀

I’ve never properly raced the 21K distance before (hopefully a little more enjoyable than the 42K hell), so let’s see what I can aim for..🫪
