FIFA WORLD CUP ⚽️

Wow, this is so emotional! @lucahumanmare , I am ridiculously proud of you. You light up any room and even in Atlanta, your love for football wins people over.

This is your moment.

This is part of your journey that I am honoured to witness. 🇿🇦

@bafanabafanaofficial , you’ve got this.

KWF SA NATIONAL CHILDRENS CHAMPIONSHIP
🥇🥇🥈🥈🥉🥋🥋 @dorfmankarate

Thank you so much Sensei Malcolm & Sensei Shane, you inspire us.🇿🇦

What a day out for the twins who have now been doing karate for half of their lives.😎

@finnhumanmare , you compete with quiet determination and so much grace.🩷 Our favourite ninja ballerina.

@lucahumanmare , you showed up in full force with your game face and knows what it means to back yourself not only in the dojo but also on the soccer field.

Ons is só trots op julle en ek en @martie_human is hier vir al julle avonture.
