😜HOW TO THROW A PARTY😜Have @nataliaribbe & @leepaulcoad launch @margaterestaurantweek in 2025.Gain some momentum over the course of the year and let your team do their thing.Work a lot of hours behind the scenes making sure it all flows logistically: time management/stock management/deliveries etc etcPrep prep prep prep prep prep prep Throw on a classic playlist left by baby bro @bigfleckky Turn the lights way down, @fenix.incense , burning, candles lit and throw open the fucking door.Our first week on our new Tuesday-Saturday schedule.Big up to @e___y___m for all the help w prep, manning the griddle and expediting.@emre.ofl on the griddle and managing to go to uni too.@alexcolewilkin for prep support and dish pit when the machine decided not to turn on for a day.@henrymaddpoet for jolly front of house service despite major airport snafu in Berlin@colton_kempf for the cool calm collected and courteous vibes in by far his busiest services yet.Here’s the scenes from Thursday 5th of February.Shot by @joeandcharlotte Music by @istropicalofficial 💛See you TUESDAY !!!!Love,Kirstie, Ben & the DIVE team✌️💓🌮 by @margaterestaurantweek

🍽️ NEW ENTRY!! 🍮We are so proud to introduce our home made Panna Cotta topped with vanilla caramel, to the menu from @margaterestaurantweek onward. @lorenlicata did a great job, and trust me, when we tried it for the first time we went totally in love with it 🤯 🍮❤️ It tastes sooo good! Also it sold out last night at the opening for the @margaterestaurantweek at La Trattoria, our first Wednesday opened, forcing @lorenlicata to work in mornings too 😎 ☀️ Well done chef!!!Come and try it, we have a few tables available. We’re sticking to what we do best for restaurant week: our Chicken Caesar focaccia sandwich & Burnt Basque cheesecake in a tidy little meal deal alongside a dirty martini. The lunch of dreams.
