HYPERTUN՝ հիպերտուն, որը ձևավորվել է հեռավորության վրա։

Այս գիշերը մեկտեղում է հայկական ծագում ունեցող արվեստագետների, որոնք մեծացել են այլ երկրներում։ Պատկանելիության մի վայր, որը վերակառուցվում է սահմաններից այն կողմ փոխանցվող հիշողությունների միջոցով, ինքնին դառնում է ստեղծագործական ուժ։

Գիշերը կբացի Margenrot-ը՝ ներկայացնելով իր նոր՝ «Անտունի» /Antuni/ ալբոմը։ Հայկական շարականները, խմբերգերը և դաշտային ձայնագրությունները բախվում են էլեկտրոնիկային ու անհանգիստ breakbeat-երին՝։

Այնուհետև հերթը HyperKavkaz-ինն է։ Լեյբլն ու կոլեկտիվը իր առաքելությունն է համարում ոչ թե հայկական մշակույթին ժամանակակից հնչողություն հաղորդելը, այլ արդիականությունը հայկական մշակույթին հարմարեցնելը։ Համարձակ, խաղային և անզիջում՝ HyperKavkaz-ը վերջերս Փարիզում հանդես եկավ լեփ-լեցուն շոուքեյսով՝ մեկտեղելով սփյուռքի համայնքի խիստ ներգրավված ներկայացուցիչներին։ Այժմ նրանք այդ էներգիան բերում են Երևան։

Հովսեփը, HabibTati-ն և Ազատ Դարաբյանը շարժվում են հայկական էդիթների և փոփ հղումների, փորձարարական էլեկտրոնիկայի, footwork-ի, hardcore-ի, UK bass-ի և քլաբային մուտացիաների միջև։ Եվ այդ ամենը՝ առավելագույն swagger-ով։

HYPERTUN, a hyper-home shaped at a distance.
The night brings together artists of Armenian descent who grew up elsewhere. A place of belonging, reconstructed through memory carried across borders, becomes a creative force of its own.

The night opens with Margenrot presenting her new album Antuni. Armenian chants, chorales and field recordings collide with electronics and breakbeats.

Then HyperKavkaz takes over. The label and collective has made it its mission not to make Armenian culture sound modern, but to adapt modernity to Armenian culture. Bold, playful and uncompromising, HyperKavkaz recently took over Paris with a packed showcase that brought together a fiercely engaged diasporic community. Now they bring that energy to Yerevan.

Hovsep, HabibTati and Azat Darabyan move across Armenian edits and pop references, experimental electronics, footwork, hardcore, UK bass and club mutations. All served with maximum swagger.

@lastorpheus (live) — сольный проект Степана Ясинского (Ясень). Его музыка собрана из полевых записей, шума, случайных воспоминаний и едва различимых голосов. Выпускался на «ГОСТ Звуке», играет в группах «Досада», «миром правят собаки», «gummies» и «а.р.».

Kasia @ekstovich (tape) — кассетый диггер, продюсер, диджей и основатель лейбла tape to tape.

@mishalohov (live) — мультидисциплинарный артист родом из Кишинева, сочетающий в своей работе элементы электроакустики, шумовой музыки и городского мистицизма. Участник перформативного проекта «Астрал» и дум-метал группы «Исида».

@kptransmission (live) — звуковая художница и музыкантка, работающая с экспериментальной электроникой. Выпускается на международных лейблах, выступает на фестивалях и создает музыку и саунд-дизайн для фильмов, выставок и перформансов.

@vitalinair (live) — звуковой художник и музыкант, директор сообщества soundartist.ru. Предпочитает работать с шумовыми и ритмическими структурами, голосом и найденными записями.

@margenrot (live) — виновница вечера, композитор и саунд-дизайнер фестивального, документального, игрового кино и мультипликации. Отправит нас в кинематографическое путешествие по армянскому наследию, соединяя электронные текстуры, традиционные песнопения, акустические инструменты и полевые записи.

Armenian composer and electronic musician Lusia Kazaryan joins the show with a cinematic journey through Armenian heritage, blending electronic textures, traditional chants, acoustic instruments and field recordings.

Her new album Antuni explores memory, place and tradition through a deeply atmospheric electronic language. For this mix, Lusia shares several Armenian works that have inspired both the album and her musical world.

I first wrote Spitak in 2017. It was originally meant for my debut album, but for various reasons it only found its final form now, on my third record, Antuni

Over the years, the piece gradually gathered new meanings within its orchestral and industrial language

At first, the track was a direct reflection on the catastrophic 1988 earthquake in Armenia

One of the defining images of that tragedy was a temporary church built from corrugated metal sheets, where funeral services for the victims were held

In Armenian culture, churches are traditionally associated with stone, volcanic tuff, mountains, and permanence. This one, however, was temporary, industrial, and outside the canon: something between a shelter and a ruin

It became a symbol of impermanence itself: the stone city had collapsed, while a fragile metal structure remained as a space of memory, mourning, and presence taken in Armenia, Spitak town by @margenrot

The track is about the gradual disappearance of Naokhrebi, an Armenian village in Georgia where Lusia Margenrot’s parents are from

«Naokhrebi matters to me also because it is here that I find the right questions, and through them the answers that point toward a true and generative path. This process happens in an open encounter with the village as an entity, as an archetypal image of the great mother

I try to work only with living cultural context, to separate it from social construct. To catch the beauty of impermanence within a hermetic archaism. To not place my own freedom of expression above the freedom of a peasant way of life

Peasant life is organized around labor and discipline, and within that order there is a particular freedom for spiritual development. But the work of the land is heavy, and there is simply no time left for the spirit. Many residents live in permanent lamentation, changing nothing

I believe music can shake loose inner stagnation and the paralysis of the soul. Through an unrelenting will to act, through unexpected combinations of rhythm and melodies that flow or stumble, the higher self takes shape» by @margenrot
