Everyone predicted I’d be the LAST girl in our friend group to get married and start a family.

Plot twist: I ended up being the FIRST. ✨🧚🏻‍♀️

The biggest thing I did differently?

I started dating intentionally, but never from a place of fear.

I wasn’t dating thinking, “I need to find a husband before it’s too late.”

I was clear about what I wanted, but I also trusted that the right person would come.

✨I stopped entertaining connections I already knew weren’t going anywhere.
✨I stopped trying to make the wrong people fit.
✨I said No much more to a date than I said yes!
✨And I started asking myself: Could I actually build a life with this person?

There’s a big difference between dating with intention and dating with urgency.

And that’s exactly why I believe in matchmaking so much.

It’s not about being unable to find someone yourself. It’s about removing some of the randomness from dating and bringing intention into the process from day one.

Sometimes finding love isn’t about dating more people.

It’s about dating with more intention, and a little more trust. 💕

🐶A puppy can tell you more about a man than 10 dates can.

Seriously. Watch what happens when there’s a puppy around.

Does he soften?
Is he patient when it’s annoying?
Does he naturally protect something smaller and more vulnerable than him?
How does he react when it makes a mess or demands attention?
Is he affectionate when there’s absolutely nothing in it for him?

Because the puppy test isn’t really about the puppy.

It reveals how he responds to vulnerability, inconvenience and responsibility when he has nothing to gain.

And that can tell you a LOT about the man you’re dating.
