💪 YOU’RE STRONGER THAN YOU THINK! 🔥

One of the biggest things holding you back in the gym isn’t your muscles… it’s your MINDSET.

How many times have you picked up a weight and thought, “I don’t think I can do this” before you’ve even tried? 👀

Sometimes, you just have to challenge yourself, trust your strength, and go for it! Even if it means increasing the weight by just 2.5 or 5 pounds. Those small increases ADD UP! 💥

This is where growth happens. 💪

You don’t build muscle by staying comfortable forever. You build it by consistently challenging yourself, pushing your limits SAFELY, and giving your body a reason to get stronger.

You might surprise yourself with what you’re actually capable of when you stop underestimating yourself!

✅ Add a little weight when you’re ready.
✅ Focus on good form, not just heavier numbers.
✅ Celebrate the small wins.
✅ Keep showing up and getting stronger.

Remember, progressive overload is one of the keys to building muscle. You don’t have to make huge jumps. Sometimes, that little increase is all it takes to keep moving forward!

STOP TELLING YOURSELF YOU CAN’T BEFORE YOU EVEN TRY. 🔥

Your future strength is built one rep, one workout, and one small victory at a time!

Now go challenge yourself! 💪❤️

Hands down another one of my favorite mid day and on the go snacks! And hurry cause this baby right here is a limited time only flavor 🎃! @1stphorm has it locked down when it comes to their flavor of bars! And as they said before, being formerly overweight helped them create products that taste good seeing they know what works when trying to shed those lbs 👊🏾! Link in my bio to purchase ⬆️ and hey! If you do, let me know cause I wanna know what you think! #mytransphormation #1stphorm #healthymom #proteinbar #construction taken in Trevor, Wisconsin by @margiealagna

How often do you get out of your comfort zone 🤔? What do you have to loose getting out of your comfort zone? Keep that in mind during your fitness journey. That’s what I did here at @1stphorm Summer Smash this year and you know what? I’m glad I did because that just shapes me into the person who I am today and wish to be for the rest of my life. To keep trying new things and to show my kids it’s good to get out there and just try no matter what happens. Learn to not be afraid, to try new things. The worst thing that could’ve happened was I didn’t try and wished that I did.

What I LOVE about the @1stphorm Phamily is they cheer you on while getting out of your comfort zone. Sometimes you need those cheers to motivate you. It may not of been the longest hold or was the newest record holder. It’s about saying “Agh, fack It! Why not? Let’s Go!” I mean, what do you have to loose? The winning part is that you may end up being stronger and more cable of doing something more than you thought 💪🏾🙌. So keep at it and don’t give up! YOU GOT THIS SO LETSSSSSS GO! #1stphorm #IAM1STPHORM #healthymom #fitmom #fitnessmotivation @arsenal_strength taken in 1st Phorm HQ by @margiealagna

We rescued Bella (shelter name Chi Chi) a few years ago from @orphansofthestorm when she was found wandering the streets near by. Hands down the best decision ever. So if you can, give adopting a chance. So many pups need the comfort of a home with a warm, quiet bed 🫶. Love you Bella Mae 🌸. You truly are the light in our lives. #Rottweiler #rottsofinstagram #rottweilersofinstagram #Rottweilerlife #dog taken in Trevor, Wisconsin by @margiealagna

Enjoying some @1stphorm Pumpkin Spice Latte coffee and not feeling the guilt or all the un-necessary additives you get from the Starbucks version! Get yourself a tub or 5 before they are no longer in stock for the season! Link is located in my bio 🎃⬆️! Finally made it to Great America this year! And no better time than Freight Fest time 🎃☠️👻! We all had a blast and brought back childhood memories not only visiting the park but riding the Little Dipper that was originally at Kiddie Land back in the day. Growing up we were riding that ride with my grandparents and family at the kids age. Made me happy that the kids enjoyed the ride as much as we did growing up. taken in Six Flags Great America/Hurricane Harbor by @margiealagna

Nothing can replace this feeling 😊. I will soak it in for as long as I can because I know one day, she will no longer want these cuddles. I hope she proves me wrong. taken in Trevor, Wisconsin by @margiealagna
