The striking Crocus vernus‘Pickwick’ is a handsome companion for many late winter/early spring (Sprinter)blooms. 💜💛🤍

Hellebores galore! Some beautiful forms of Helleborus X hybridus picked from my garden to manifest their inner-waterlily floating in my duckweed-filled lesung. All grown from seed @postofficefarmnursery. Visit the nursery any Sunday until the end of September 10.00am to 4.00pm and get some for yourself.

Some autumn blooms that have compensated for the hail-demolished autumn leaves. 🤍🩷💚

Through the shredded leaves left by the savage hailstorm just over three weeks ago these delightful autumn blooms have survived to bring me joy!! #acisautumnalis

Bit late to the party with images of the mind boggling beauty of the Barwitian Garden - but a party for the eyes it was! Trying to capture the immersive joy, excitement, surprise and inspiration experienced so few photos (from SO many!) is impossible and anyway Ralph’s own images do it far more justice. Thank you so much for sharing this truly beautiful place with all us garden junkies.💚💚💚
