A dancer’s language is movement

All that is good is embedded in your soul
All that is challenging is released in your breath
All that is hopeful is caught in your reach
All that is desperate is tight then unraveled

Movement heals us and sets us free 🤍

Thank you Gregory for capturing it so beautifully. You are truly incredible 🥹

Pole is my fountain of youth. It’s not overpriced skincare or miracle remedies.

It is showing up.
It is movement.
It is love.
It is community.
It is goals.
It is coming back.
It is motivation.
It is when good enough is perfect.
It is pushing for what is not possible today.
It is self care. ❤️

I never took video or photos when I first started pole because it felt like a secret society. Like what happens in fight club stays in fight club. I matured to a place where I was more open about it, because I loved it and it was a part of who I was. ❤️
I have been teaching for over 10 years now and still walk into the studio and feel the same freedom I did from the beginning.

What keeps me coming back is the amazing connections I’ve created with so many loving people, and our supportive studio that feels like home. My life is more beautiful because of an hour long class that changed my world. 🌎

So grateful for my instructors along the way.

So ELATED to be teaching level 1 again 🥹

Where all the fun begins & you can bring friends 💕
I haven’t taught Lvl 1 since my old diva den days and it was always one of my favorite classes because after building a good foundation the sky is the limit to how you develop through your pole journey. ✨✨✨✨

My schedule this week @blisspole
Monday • Intro @ 5:40
Lvl 1 @ 8

Tuesday • Lvl3f @ 6:30 by @margotvosss
