Loved this pole balance and transition class with @marisimak at the weekend….. was gutted my short legs didn’t fit in the frame but it’s the perfect excuse to go over it again to make sure they fitted in this time ❤️ Will defo be going over some of the other transitions also as they are so cool 👌

Thanks @thepoledestroyers for having such amazing guests on the platform

Will probably get put in the sin bin for this one 🙄

Genuinely feel like I need a master class on editing cause I’m not good at this at all 😬

Edits from the guess class with @quezaa on @thepolewizardonline platform absolutely love this style of heels 👌

See told ya it only needed a sparkly bikini (and a hair bubble around the leg so I knew which one to hook while upside down) to achieve the combo. But then the side superman started to fall to bits……. Why oh why oh why do you fix something then something else starts to become a problem 🙄

Still super proud I can aerial deadlift this. Go me!!!!! There’s some life in the aul dog yet 👌

Combo by the gorgeous @bou_boulette ….. genuinely so happy I can take these classes online. Thank you for hosting these ❤️

Gonna start posting these as reels instead of stories cause we all know I’m not gonna go over it again 🙄 the intention is there but not the will. And when did I become a perfectionist….. ok I regripped my hands so I could retain some height, why did I think that wasn’t good enough for a reel 🤔
