Meie südamed on täis armastust ja sügavat tänulikkust. 🤍

Varsti saab meie perest kolm.

See tunne on lihtsalt… sooo blessed 🥹

Me ei jõua ära oodata, et Sinuga kohtuda, meie kallis pisike.🐣

Meie esimene beebi. 🫶🥰🤍👼 taken in Bali, Indonesia by @margusian

Now I’m no math genius but..🤔

40-40-40 Rule (Making a Living)

1. The average working time each week is about 40hrs🧰⏰
2. The average person works about 40 years during their lifetime ⏳💫
3. Once achieving the “Freedom” / getting to the retirement days, the average persons income will drop to about 40% out of the income, that most of the people during their working lives, barely make their ends meet.. 🤷🏻‍♂️😳⌛️💸

10-10-10 Rule (Building Your Fortune)

1. Work 10hrs / week
2. Work consistently for the next 10 years
3. Following the system, the help of your mentors, showing up, working on your personal development and staying active on doing the right things,
You could start earning +10 000 € / month..

> The more You put in, the more You could take out..📈

As I said, I’m no math genius, but.. 😏

Most people chase life in reverse.

They believe the equation looks like this:

Wealth → Happiness → Health

“I’ll take care of my health once I have more time.”
“I’ll slow down when I’ve made enough money.”
“I’ll be happier when I become successful.”

But what if we’ve been solving the wrong equation all along?

Real, lasting success is usually built in the opposite direction.

It starts with your health.

Because without energy, clarity, resilience and discipline, everything becomes harder.

Then comes happiness.

Not the kind that’s dependent on a bank balance or other people’s approval.
The kind that comes from purpose, meaningful relationships, gratitude, growth and becoming someone you genuinely respect.

From there, you’re in a far stronger position to build true wealth.

And true wealth is far bigger than money.

It’s your health.
Your family.
Your closest relationships.
Your freedom over your time.
The work you wake up excited to do.
The ability to help others.
The adventures you collect.
The memories you create.
The people you grow with.

And yes… financial abundance is part of that picture.

Most people want the outcome.

Very few are willing to build the foundation.

The boring disciplines.
The daily walks.
The workouts.
The books.
The difficult conversations.
The consistency when nobody is watching.
The patience to become the kind of person capable of carrying the life they dream about.

Because in the end…

The quality of your life rarely rises above the quality of the person you’ve become.

So instead of asking,

“How can I become wealthier?”

Maybe start with a different question:

Who do I need to become to build a life that’s truly wealthy? by @margusian

Most people aren’t afraid of failure.

They’re afraid of looking inexperienced.

And honestly?

A shocking amount of people would rather stay stuck for YEARS than look like a beginner for 12 months.

They say they want freedom.
Growth.
A bigger future.
Their own business.
More opportunities.

Until it requires them to:

• Post when almost nobody engages
• Invite people and hear “NO”
• Learn how to sell
• Become better communicators
• Walk into events alone
• Stay consistent without validation
• Become coachable
• Be visibly inexperienced for a while

Then ego starts negotiating.

“I’m not really a salesperson.”
“Social media isn’t my thing.”
“I don’t want to bother people.”
“I’ll start when I know more.”

No.

You’re protecting your current image at the expense of your future.

Every respected business leader was once inexperienced.
Every powerful organization was once tiny.
Every confident speaker once sounded awkward.
Every great recruiter once got ignored.
Every entrepreneur once had people who didn’t take them seriously.

Some people protect their image.
Others build their future.

One keeps comfort.
The other builds competence.

And here’s something we probably don’t talk about enough:

University often teaches people to avoid mistakes.
Social media teaches people to avoid embarrassment.

Business punishes both mindsets.

Because growth is visible.
Leadership is visible.
Building something meaningful is visible.

And visibility comes with judgment.

Especially when you’re building through entrepreneurship, leverage sales, leadership and social media.

So let them watch you learn.
Let them watch you suck at something.
Let them watch you improve.
Let them watch you build.

Because eventually, some of the same people who watched you struggle will start asking you how you did it.

I’m not looking for people who need to appear successful immediately.

I’m looking for people mature enough to stay consistent long enough to actually become successful.

Go suck at something today.
Growth usually starts there. by @margusian

The best business decision I ever made wasn’t choosing a company.
It was choosing an industry.

Most people compare companies.

Very few compare industries.

They ask:

• Which company pays more?
• Which product is better?
• Which compensation plan is stronger?

Those questions matter.

But the first question should be:

“Will this industry be bigger 10–20 years from now than it is today?”

You can build an exceptional career in an average company within a growing industry.

It’s much harder to build one in a declining industry, even if the company itself is outstanding.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve stayed in the same profession for well over 15 years.

Not because it was comfortable.

Because every year, the trends became stronger.

People want prevention instead of reaction.

They want data instead of guesswork.

They want scalable businesses instead of simply trading more time for more money.

The past two weeks reinforced that belief once again.

Across five continents; from Tallinn to St. Tropez, Taiwan, The Netherlands, Italy, Switzerland, Greece, the USA, Mexico, Thailand, the Philippines, and many more.
I’ve watched thousands of people gathering, learning, connecting and building.

Different countries.
Different cultures.
One shared mission.

Real people. Real conversations. Real momentum.

So before asking,

“Is this a good company?”

Ask the question that matters even more:

“If I dedicate the next 10–20 years to this industry, will demand be bigger—or smaller—than it is today?”

That answer can change the trajectory of your entire career. by @margusian

One of the most expensive leadership mistakes I made was looking for motivated people.

Sounds strange, right?

Because in the beginning, motivated people look like future superstars.

They show up excited.
They talk about massive goals.
They attend every event.
They consume every book, podcast and training.
They say all the right things.

And then reality arrives.

Rejection.
Slow progress.
Awkward conversations.
Unexpected pressure.
Life getting busy.
A few people saying no.
Results taking longer than expected.

And suddenly that beautiful motivation disappears faster than free cake in an office kitchen.

That is when you learn the truth:

Motivation is not a Leadership trait.

It is a mood.

And moods are terrible business partners.

After 15+ years in one profession, I have seen many highly motivated people come and go.

Some arrived like fireworks.

Loud.
Bright.
Exciting.
Full of energy.

And gone almost as quickly.

But some of the biggest success stories were very different.

They were not always the loudest in the room.
Not always the most charismatic.
Not always the most talented.
Not always the ones giving the biggest speeches about their dreams.

But they had something much rarer.

They did what they said they would do.

Again.

And again.

And again.

Even when nobody clapped.
Even when progress was slow.
Even when they were tired.
Even when motivation had packed its little emotional suitcase and disappeared for the weekend.

That is leadership potential.

Not hype.
Not noise.
Not emotional excitement.

Consistency after decision.

So I stopped asking:

“How motivated is this person?”

Now I ask:

“Can this person keep a promise to themselves when nobody is watching?”

Because that one question tells you almost everything.

Motivation may start the engine.

But self-respect keeps the machine moving.

And in business, the people who can keep moving without needing constant emotional fireworks are usually the ones who eventually build something serious.

What do you think is a stronger predictor of long-term success than motivation? by @margusian

Summer is amazing.

Apparently it’s also the magical time of year when people suddenly believe nutritional deficiencies take a vacation too. ☀️😄

The logic usually goes something like this:

“Don’t need to worry about nutrition now.”

“Had a tomato-cucumber salad yesterday.”

“There was some lettuce next to my barbecue.”

“And I think I saw a blueberry in June.”

So obviously we’re covered.

Meanwhile, this little stack contains:

✅ Vitamins
✅ Minerals
✅ Carotenoids
✅ Polyphenols
✅ Beta-glucans
✅ Antioxidants
✅ Plant compounds most people can’t even pronounce

And somehow we think a sausage, a beer and half a cucumber is going to replicate all of that.

It’s fascinating.

We live in a world where people spend more time researching their next smartphone than what their cells need to function properly.

The uncomfortable truth?

Your body doesn’t care what season it is.

Your immune system doesn’t know it’s July.

Your mitochondria don’t suddenly stop needing nutrients because someone turned on a barbecue.

And longevity definitely doesn’t take the summer off.

Of course, you can try to get everything from food.

In fact, I encourage it.

Just be prepared to eat like a professionally sponsored nutrition scientist who owns a farm, an olive grove, a greenhouse, a berry plantation and has unlimited time to prepare everything perfectly every single day.

For the rest of us…

A little daily nutritional insurance seems like a fairly reasonable idea.

But hey.

Maybe the cucumber has a secret plan we don’t know about. 🥒😎 by @margusian

Most people won’t notice what just happened.

And that’s exactly why it matters.

While the majority are focused on what’s happening in their city, their country, or their social media feed...

An entirely new market just opened.

🇨🇴 Colombia.

A country of nearly 53 million people.
A rapidly growing economy.
A strong entrepreneurial culture.
A market full of ambition, leadership, and opportunity.

The biggest opportunities are rarely announced when everyone is paying attention.

They’re usually discovered by the people who pay attention first.

The question isn’t whether Colombia will create success stories.

The question is:

Who will be part of writing them?

🔥 If you know someone in Colombia, or someone connected to Colombia, now is the time to reach out.

One conversation.
One connection.
One decision.

Sometimes that’s all it takes to open an entirely new chapter.

Welcome, Colombia. 🇨🇴🚀

The next wave has officially begun. by @margusian

“That thing won’t last.”

I’ve been hearing some version of that sentence for the past 15 years.

Meanwhile...

May 2026 revenue: +14%
January–May 2026 revenue: +23%
$163 million generated in just the first five months of the year.

Not bad for a company that many people still haven’t even heard of.

What’s fascinating isn’t the revenue itself.

It’s that while most people are busy debating whether opportunities are real, others are quietly building organizations, customer bases, recurring income streams and ownership positions behind the scenes.

The market doesn’t care about opinions.

The scoreboard only counts results.

Twenty years in business.
Operations in more than 100 markets.
Over 1.8 million blood tests analyzed.
New countries launching.
Growth continuing.

The interesting question is no longer whether this company is going to survive.

The interesting question is:

How big can it become from here?
