My biggest pet peeve is when they start going thru the toiletries bag touching your toothbrush / makeup brushes / etc with their gross gloves 😭 can’t even say anything unless you want to be thrown in airport jail

Also, can someone please explain to me the reason for the liquid limit???? Like seriously. We really not trying to smuggle in alcohol, just let us bring our face wash and shampoo 😭

After exploring Seoul, Busan, and Gyeongju, these are the tips I wish I knew before my trip. Save this for your future Korea itinerary! 👇

✨ Quick tips: • Download Naver Maps, Papago, and Kakao T before you arrive. • Wear comfortable shoes, you’ll easily walk 20,000+ steps a day. • Book beauty appointments (color analysis, scalp treatments, skin clinics) in advance. • Bring an extra suitcase... you’ll probably leave with more than you came with. 😂 • Don’t skip convenience stores or department store food halls. They’re seriously so good. 
My favorite surprise? Gyeongju. If you can, spend a night there instead of doing a day trip. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and completely different from Seoul and Busan.

I honestly didn’t think I’d ever see a pond so beautiful. I’ve always seen these palaces in movies and photos but to actually see it in real life with the lights glistening over the water… wow 😯

📍Donggung Palace & Wolji Pond, Gyeongju South Korea
arrive 30–60 minutes before sunset, walk the full loop for the best photo spots, and take your time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. Definitely one of the highlights of Gyeongju! 🌙🇰🇷
