I had such an amazing time modeling for the grand opening of Lola Moda in Naples, but what made the experience even more special was sharing it with friends. 🤍

Beautiful fashion, lots of laughter, a little runway confidence, and the kind of energy that reminds you how much fun life can be when you simply say YES to something new.

I had the BEST time modeling at the grand opening of Lola Moda in Naples! From getting glam and slipping into gorgeous looks to laughing backstage with my girls, strutting under the lights, and celebrating such a beautiful new space, every moment felt unforgettable. 🤍

Sometimes entrepreneurship can be lonely, especially when people look at you like you’re crazy when all you do is talk about what you love the most!

There’s something different about this chapter of my life.

I’m not trying to be younger. I’m not trying to look like anyone else. And I’m definitely not punishing my body for the things I don’t love about it.

I’m taking care of myself because I finally understand that I deserve that too.

I want to feel strong.
I want to feel sexy.
I want to feel alive in my body.
I want to dance, move, laugh, create, love and experience this life fully.

For a long time, so much of my energy went into being there for everyone else.

Now I’m bringing some of that energy back home to me.

This isn’t a transformation into someone new.

It’s a return to myself.

And this version of me?
She’s just getting started. ❤️‍🔥✨

SELF PORTRAIT

This piece is exactly what the title says—a self-portrait. Not because it looks like me, but because it reflects who I am.

Every layer represents a part of my journey. The flowers remind me of growth, the snake symbolizes change, and the butterflies represent becoming. The rocks are moments of strength, the flowers are moments of vulnerability, and a little bit of magic woven throughout.

This piece is a reminder that we’re all constantly evolving, and there’s beauty in every stage of that process.

I want to thank my friend @pinkity_b for challenging me to step outside my comfort zone at Toastmasters and deliver an impromptu speech about the year 2007.

That year changed my life forever.

I shared the first signs that led me to question whether my son might be autistic, and how trusting my instincts as his mom gave me the courage to keep asking questions, even when I didn’t have all the answers.

Today was a reminder that vulnerability isn’t weakness. It’s where connection begins. And sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is become the voice our children need until they can find their own. 💙 by @maria07208
