Norman is 5! 🥳If you would have told me years ago that one day I’d have a dog named Norman, I never would have believed you. 😂 But here we are!

Lucas met his favorite actor - Adam Sandler! @adamsandler 🎬❤️

Adam came to our little town to film a movie, and Lucas was determined to find him. He LOVES all of his movies, with Happy Gilmore being his favorite. He asked if we could drive around town and see if we could spot him. I normally would not go searching around for a celebrity, but when it’s your son’s absolute favorite actor and he’s your #1 fan …. how could I say no?!

After getting a little information about where Adam might be heading back to, we decided to wait. And then... we saw the car! We thought he had passed right by us, but suddenly the driver backed the car up.

Adam Sandler got out!!

He walked over and said, “Let’s take that picture buddy”

Honestly, THAT was the best part. ❤️ He didn’t have to stop. He had been filming all day, and I’m sure he was tired and ready to get back to wherever he was going. He could have easily kept going, waved, or just given a quick hello from the car. Instead, he backed up, got out of the car, and took the time to meet Lucas and take a picture with him.

Thank you, Adam Sandler, for making this fan’s entire day and for taking a few minutes out of what I’m sure was a very long day.

Thank you for all the laughs, 🤣 movies, and memories you’ve given us over the years ❤️

Lucas will never forget the day his favorite actor stopped the car, got out, and said, “Let’s take that picture, buddy.” 🎬⭐️

And of course… after all of that, we just HAD to watch an Adam Sandler movie! 😂❤️🎬
