This was me celebrating 50 last year. 🤍

Looking back at that competition season, I can see so much growth, not just in my physique, but in my stage presence and in the way I learned to present everything I had worked so hard to build.

Building the physique and learning to present it go hand in hand. One doesn’t replace the other.

I’m grateful for every correction, every repetition, and every lesson along the way.

Looking back has me feeling inspired again… and a bit curious about what might be possible next.

I’ve always thought that models make the best photographers-

When a model can pose so effortlessly- it’s inevitable that they’ll be able to get newer models comfy faster

A mother. A woman. A life still being written.

I’d love to introduce you to a dear friend of mine, Bailey. I’ve watched her move through life with so much strength, depth, and intention, and she’s someone I truly admire.

She’s currently writing a book set to be published later this year, and I’m so excited to see this next part of her story unfold.

Fitness has always been a part of my life — but there’s a difference between simply training and the intensity that comes with preparing for the stage.

Right now, I’m ready to find my way back to a healthy, balanced relationship with fitness… and maybe even the stage again someday.

No pressure. No timeline. Just finding my rhythm again and seeing where it takes me.

This was the end of January 2026, almost three months after my last bodybuilding competition, when life was settling back into work, family, and whatever each day was bringing.

I already had a work trip planned in Mexico, and the timing happened to line up with another trip beforehand. It gave me the chance to arrive a little early, travel, create, be photographed, and spend a few days around people from different walks of life who were connected in one way or another through fitness, photography, creativity, and mutual friends.

Life felt a little full at the time, and I came into the trip wanting to be present, enjoy being away for a moment, and just let myself create.

Somewhere in those few days, new connections formed, some friendships deepened, and an opportunity to learn opened up.

Eventually I thought, just start. If it works, it works. If it doesn’t, it doesn’t. Have fun with it and see where it takes you.

So I decided to go for it.

At the time, I didn’t think much further than that.

Looking back now, I can see that one small decision quietly opened the door to something I hadn’t really planned for. I’m still figuring out what it is, how far I want to take it, and what I want it to become.

For now, I’m just enjoying learning, creating, and following what feels interesting.

Maybe this is where the story starts.

I’m curious to see where it goes.
