🎩🫖✨ We’re all mad here… and we wouldn’t have it any other way! ✨🫖🎩

The Rotary Club of Orange County LA had a fantastic time at our Mad Hatter Tea Party-themed Transition Dinner, where we said a heartfelt thank you to our incredible outgoing president, Beth Fujishige, for her inspiring leadership these past two years. Then, with smiles all around, she passed the baton (and the president’s pin!) to our new president, Jennifer S. Wang.

We laughed, we feasted, we embraced the Wonderland spirit with our costumes — and yes, we leaned into our running joke that we’re all a bit mad (in the best way). 🤪❤️

It was a memorable afternoon filled with delicious food, great company, and plenty of smiles. We’re extremely grateful for the work that Beth has done and excited for the work ahead under Jennifer’s leadership.

Here’s to another amazing year of friendship, service, and a little bit of madness! 🥂

Rotary OCLA made a visit to Rotary Newport Balboa. We enjoyed a memorable evening of fellowship over a delicious prime rib dinner with a spectacular view of the bay from the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club.

OCLA President Beth Fujishige presented an Easter gift to Newport Balboa President Niki Willhoit. Brigadiar General Michael Aguilar from the Flying Leatherneck Historical Foundation shared about the MCAS museum's progress in the Great Park in Irvine. We also learned about the many initiatives of Newport Balboa, including a fundraising for CHOC.

Rotary clubs are part of Rotary International, a global organization that focuses on service, fellowship, and leadership. Rotary's mission is to "provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill, and peace through fellowship of business, professional, and community leaders".
