It’s the last pic for me! Pixie Post- The freedom of cutting all my hair off felt liberating.
Half of my hair is type 4, and the top is 3c. For the past 7 years I’ve been natural and always took care of my hair. So I thought…. Once you cut your hair- you see your scalp more. Now?? Chile my hair is growing more than ever! 1st pic- Sep. 2023, Last pic- now. IT WILL GROW BACK!
I feel more confident with short hair. God had to move my heart with this one because I definitely made it an idol. Once I let go of my attachment to how “curlhawkqueen” should look, I grew in my identity in HIM. I thought being disciplined spiritually, physically, mentally, & emotionally with a good heart posture was enough. But he said more & challenged me to shift even how I’m “complimented” by others. Meaning= I’m beautiful & wonderfully made in his eyes regardless of how I clothe or present myself. Girl you’re 🔥 regardless of the hair🤍 period.
