Looking back, I can’t even put into words how blessed I feel. God has truly been showing out in my life💕

I’m especially grateful that I was able to travel to Africa back to back 💁🏽‍♀️✨

My first trip was in September 2025 to Egypt 🇪🇬& now I’m celebrating my 35th birthday Zanzibar 🇹🇿✨

It’s the weekend🎉… step outside, soak up some vitamin D, reconnect with nature, & give yourself permission to release what no longer serves you. Make a promise to protect your peace — not everything deserves your energy.

Breathe in deeply through your nose, let your belly rise X-Hale through your mouth…

April is Stress Awareness Month, & I’m honoring the ways stress can live quietly in the body.

For so many Black women, stress does not always look loud.

Sometimes it shows up as tightness, fatigue, tension, overwhelm, & constantly pushing through while caring for everyone else🙅🏾‍♀️

This is why I work with my tuning forks and 432Hz crystal singing bowl🔮 with intention.

To support grounding.
To invite softness.
To help you reconnect with your core, your breath, and your body🧘🏽‍♀️.

Because you deserve space to slow down.
You deserve space to soften.
You deserve space to finally

✨🇪🇬Part I

Wow… I’ve been manifesting my trip to Africa for almost 15 years! I didn’t know what country I’d end up in or who I’d go with, but I always knew it was going to happen ✨

✨Forever thankful to my cousins @_tmonea & @wrapedwitabow_ for inviting me on this unforgettable girls trip 💕

✨And a huge shoutout to our amazing KNOWLEDGEABLE tour guide @las_unicas_in_egypt bbyyyyy she did not play about us! 😂

✨I’m still in shock that I was really out here riding a camel through the desert, looking at the Great Pyramid of Giza & the Sphinx 🤯 The energy I felt touching the pyramids and walking the sands of Egypt is truly indescribable.

@eltayar.elbarasy made sure a time was had during our safari tour 🚘 💨exploring #Fayoum 🏜️ I was scared as hell to sandboard 😧but you know I had to do it 😎

✨We spent 3 days in #Cairo before heading to #Luxor, & the second I stepped out of the airport I fell in love—palm trees🌴, hospitality🥂, amazing food 🔥 I’m already plotting my next trip back… but stay tuned for part II of our Luxor adventures 👙🥂✨
