After gaining 1,000+ followers overnight and they all being mens I had to say hello! It would be rude of me if I didn’t.

So, well, hello man!

I do really hope you can remember.

The sacredness of our bodies, our intelligence, our presence.

I got you 😉 by @mariaholistics

I gained 600 followers and 80% of them are men.

They don’t want my products. They don’t want a Tarot reading.

I’m still deleting messages, comments and blocking whenever I see disrespect.

But It did prove my point. It could have been only an algorithm fuck up that didn’t deliver this to my target audience but STILL PROVES MY POINT!

And today I choose to stay free. I am not going to delete it. Even though I think about it every time I get a notification of a new message and it’s a male saying “hey sweetie”.

I think that content was fucking sick and that’s my truth, and my brain and my heart working in harmony. My values, my beliefs.

I’m sad it’s been delivered to the wrong crew but hey it’s not Christmas everyday.

We are all learning & growing together. by @mariaholistics

As we were still in the middle of the ocean, looking at whales jumping around, the first moment of silence on our morning together… I got to look around, to each human around me, and I thought to myself how lucky are we for sharing not only this morning together but a thread of a long life of friendship, joy, safety, intimacy, authenticity, sometimes tears, and so much love!

For this new cycle I choose to keep watering the seeds of friendship and familiarity with my beautiful, crazy and loud chosen family ❤️‍🔥

Joy!!! 🌊🌬️✨

Lucky lucky lucky 🍀

Blessings from the depth of the Ocean 🐋

Starting, and ending. Every single day. With you!!! 💍 by @mariaholistics

I keep un-learning that Life is against me. Therefore, nothing it’s being taken from me.

Life rearranges me.

Sometimes gently, sometimes painfully 🥲

But always precisely.

What I once recognised as “loss” I now see it as movement. A reordering of who I am.

There are things I hold onto as if they are my proof of safety. People, versions of myself, old certainty.

But I keep being reminded that safety resides in my ability to move with what changes.

Life does not stay the same for my comfort. It evolves for my BEcoming.

And when I resist that, I suffer. When I allow it, I soften into something more honest.

I no longer believe Life is taking things from me. I believe it is clearing space I couldn’t see clearly enough to create myself.

Even what breaks me open is not against me.
It is part of the rearrangement.

Some things leave, and I don’t get answers. Only the strange feeling of becoming someone slightly different than I was before.

Nothing in my Life is random loss. It’s a pattern, a movement, an adjustment.

A Life constantly finding its shape through me.
