A whole home owner?! Actually crazy 🥹. One year ago today I purchased my first property and to say this roller coaster has been emotional is a joke! However I’m thankful to God and my support system ! Working TWO jobs and traveling like I own a plane isn’t easy to balance I have many down days but I can finally say it made sense for the bigger picture.

My boiler cranked out and cost me 1 milliiii in the first 90 days I had electrical work, plumbing you list it I had it. But major shout out to my support system ESPECIALLY MY MOM AND DAD! Because I literally couldn’t do any of this without them let’s BFFR having a “my daddy can do it” father is a plus cause why the contractors always trying to rob me?! 🙄

Anyways long story short I’m thankful for all the tears I shed while working two jobs to get my first property and the tears that happened during the renovations that led to the smiles I have now.
