Minnesota summer is in full swing… or should I say “spin” by @mariahrome

Hoops 101 has officially hit 101 shows this summer!!! ♥️
Last summer I did 401 shows and I am incredibly grateful to be back at @valleyfairmn I am so proud of what I was able to do last summer, persevering through some hard physical and mental challenges that come with this beautiful job. But it is always more than worth it. I often see 4 year old Mariah in the kids in the audience. The little girl that made up tricks/dance routines in her living room, broke many lamps, and named all her hula hoops (shoutout Buey🩵, Tink🩷, Ella💛, and Earl💜) And to hear the stories from families that this show inspired a similar love for creativity and playfulness brings me so much joy I cannot even put it into words. Being apart of continuing the “Hey look at this!” childhood spirit is truly an honor. I am very aware I have a bit of an unconventional job/life and I wouldn’t want it any other way. How lucky am I to do what I do. So here’s hundreds more. -love, Miss Mariah
