What a journey it’s taken to get here. March 26, 2025 was my first day at Austin Infiniti as a technician. I’ll forever remember that day because of what it took for me to get there. The adversities I’ve had to face over the last 2+ years to get to this point were a lot and I’ve over came all of them.

2 years ago when I moved back to Austin, I had nothing. No apartment, no car, no money, literally had to rebuild my entire life after losing everything. I had to work hard to start my entire life over again after leaving my abusive relationship in Atlanta on November 23, 2022. I never could have imagined that life would take me on this journey. The universe had a plan and I’m so thankful and grateful that no matter what, I listened to my heart, I followed the signs the universe was giving me and I pursed a dream I didn’t even know I had.

It all started with a car. I bought my completely stock 2009 Infiniti G37x coupe in August of 2023. You know that song that says “The day that I met you I started dreaming”, well that perfectly describes how I feel when I look at my car. I started dreaming of what I could turn that car into. Never in my life did I think that my love and passion for my car would ignite my passion for building cars. I found a community I love. I started learning how to work on cars when I encountered my first big problem on the G. My life forever changed the moment I started turning that first ratchet. I’m so thankful for the friends I’ve made along the way in the car community who have taught me so much and helped me get to the point I’m at today with mechanics and just with my car in general. Yall just don’t understand the impact each of yall have made on myself and my life.

To all the little girls and women reading this, just know you CAN do it. You CAN learn. You CAN overcome. You CAN live out your dream. Just don’t give up EVER.

💚🫶🏻

Y’all, the body dystrophia is real. I never realized how much growth has happened over the years until my best friend pointed it out TODAY. Since we’ve known each other, @slimthickcoach has seen me grow and helped me so much along the way. In the last 3 years I’ve gone thru a lot of ups and downs in life and my fitness journey and she has been there every step of the way, motivating me and pushing me to do better and be better… even if it’s just 1% better every day.

THE RESULTS ARE SPEAKING FOR THEMSELVES. 😤

I have NOT always been thin or skinny. I was 190lbs at my heaviest! I got down to 125lbs at my lowest and I was barely lifting weights, just lots of cardio. The last 3 years I’ve really made a huge focus on being STRONG, resulting in so much growth babyyyyyy. 😤🥵

It’s time to lock tf in and continue to grow! I don’t care about having the biggest ass, cause let’s face it, I’m all quad 🤭🤣 but BAYBEEEE…. These glutes are starting to catch tf up. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😤

*sn. I’m such a creature of habit 🤣*

Today’s gym vlog was a full body posterior chain day because if your goal is to build an hourglass shape, we cannot only be thinking about glutes. 🙄

Your posterior chain includes the muscles along the backside of your body and strategically developing your back, rear delts, glutes + hamstrings can help create more shape through your upper and lower body while giving your waist that more defined appearance. 👏🏽

THE WORKOUT:
✨ Lat Pulldowns
✨ Cable Face Pulls
✨ Glute Kickback Machine
✨ Hamstring/Glute Machine
✨ Machine Hip Abductions
✨ Rear Delt Machine

And THIS is why I’m so big on training with intention.
There’s a difference between going to the gym to burn calories and going to the gym with a program designed to build your body.

If you’ve been showing up, doing random workouts, saving exercises from TikTok, adding more cardio, eating less…and STILL wondering why your physique doesn’t reflect how hard you’re working?

You don’t need to work harder.
You need to stop guessing.

My clients aren’t just handed workouts.

I teach them how to train for THEIR goals, progress their lifts, structure their nutrition, and build the consistency that actually changes their physique.
Because you shouldn’t still be saying “I know I could get there if I could just get consistent” six months from now.

🔥 Comment “COACH” if you’re done trying to coach yourself through a transformation you’ve been struggling to create alone.

I’ll personally reach out with the details on how we can work together.

Literally will never understand why women get so much hate in the automotive industry 🙃

But anyways here’s me mounting a tire effortlessly, something I struggled with when I first started working at Infiniti. Now, I don’t dread recommending tires. I learned from the awesome men I work with who have been doing this way longer than me 💚 they support me cause we’re a team.

I had such a fun time at this birthday photo shoot! Huge shout out to @ibuildbaddies for being our director cause without her, i would’ve just been standing there awkwardly 🤣🤣
