POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

May started and ended in the blink of an eye but somewhere in the middle the Africa Forward Summit happened. I had the honor of being the MC at the opening youth session. It featured panels on AI and global narratives, moderated and paneled by thought leaders from across the continent as well as hosts President Ruto 🇰🇪 and President Macron 🇫🇷.
The second half of the day cranked up the pressure levels- courtesy of @bpifrance I interviewed 25 business leaders from across the continent and the world on what investments and collaborations they hope leave the summit with( spot anyone you know 👀).
Definitely looking forward to seeing what comes to fruition from the vast engagements and conversations!

What an honour to be named one of Kenya’s 50 Most Influential Women by @africapitol 🥳🥳
I’m so humbled to be next to such trailblazing women and can only hope that the influence I hold is warm, encouraging and audacious.
Also sitting in gratitude to the Almighty 🙏🏾 and my community☺️

Live music + food + art + Kenya’s freshest and most talented = sign me up!
@spotifygreasytunes did something phenomenal on night 1 then kept topping it every night after 🎉🥳.
The last 12 nights have been magical - something for the girls, the poetry lovers, the oontzers, the fishermen, the foodies and everyone in between. Please say we get to do it again next year @spotifyafrica 🥺 by @mariambishar

Gone but not forgotten.

As June 25th draws to a close, the calls for accountability & justice for victims of police brutality continue to echo across Kenya.
