What an incredible experience! On Wednesday evening I was very lucky to join some @only_a_pavement_away partners and ambassadors for the historical Ceremony Of The Keys! If that wasn’t magical enough we are now part of history, for the first time ever, in a ceremony that has happened every night for over 700 years, the entire cohort was female 💚 @baz_beefeater_424 hosted us in a private tour of the Tower of London that finished up in the invite only Yeomen Warders Keys bar 🔑🍻 The luck of the Irish took over and I won a beautiful bottle of Tower of London Port. To make it even more special every woman in the cohort who performed the ceremony for us signed the bottle! 😱🤩 Words cannot express how special the evening was! Imagine an extraordinary evening featuring four Michelin-recognised chefs, two endurance cyclists and cocktails crafted by one of the world’s finest bartenders, all set against the stunning backdrop of one of London’s most beautiful restaurants. This ambitious vision came to life last night, resulting in an impressive £12.5k raised for two remarkable charities.Tour de Feast was a resounding success, bringing together a full room with an intimate atmosphere and highlighting global collaboration along with the hospitality sector’s enduring generosity, as ever. Our heartfelt thanks to our incredible chefs:@peeterpihel from @ehawellness in Estonia Chef broadcaster, @julielincooks Lin @ignas.dam Damanskas from @redbrick_farmerscircle in Lithuania Craig Johnston from @angler_restaurant, LondonSpecial appreciation goes to @duncancoveyuk, the world cyclist; and author @felicitycloake Cloake for their engaging storytelling of adventures around the world. A big shout-out to @mrlyanstudio, who crafted a uniquely themed cocktail just for the occasion, and to @martinwilliams32 and the team at @theevolv_collection Collection for hosting us in their wonderful restaurant with such a fantastic team.I would also like to acknowledge my partners in this adventure: Maria McCann, Shereen Ritchie and Charlotte Kemp.
