🦅 THE STANDARD IS
🪓 THE STANDARD.
⚡️Don't break pace.

High-level execution today
with some elite competitors
putting in the work before
heading out to (Lagoa Algarve)
@nbabasketballschool_portugal .

@mariana4silva (National Team 🇵🇹 )
Anthony Julan (22-year-old rising talent🇫🇷)

Today's Focus⚡️
Unbroken Pace & Angle Manipulation
We locked in on transition corridors,
full-court ball handling, and intense 1-on-1s.

The standard today was clear⚡️
🤞🏽💯Do not break pace and
🤞🏽do not play in one spot.

Attack Downhill⚡️
Constant, relentless pressure
toward the rim.🦅⚡️💯

Zig-Zag & Angle Creation
Taking the defender to different angles,
changing directions dynamically,
and refusing to settle
for repetitive,
static dribbling.

Weaponize the Off-Arm💪🏾⚡️
Utilizing the off-arm actively to shield the ball,
create separation, and lock the defender on the hip.

Online to Offline⚡️
Shifting speeds fluidly, keeping the handle alive,
and reading the floor on the move
without overthinking.

The veterans set the tone,
the young talent stepped up,
and everyone got better today.

🏀 DIFFERENT JOURNEYS.
SAME MISSION.

Session 3 in the lab was all about
mastering spatial awareness
and technical precision.

We broke down the Online/Offline matrix
across every dimension of the game:
Ball Handling (Stationary ➡️ On the Move)
Finishing Dynamics (Stationary ➡️ On the Move)
Mid-Range Mastery (Stationary ➡️ On the Move)

When two high-level competitors
pull from the same energy,
the standard naturally rises.

They didn't just work;
they synchronized their focus
and pushed past the threshold.

The growth is real.
The elevation is
undeniable.🔺️💯
