The magic cat floats away, unbothered ☁️

This piece looks entirely different depending on the light!! What can I say - stained glass is an inherently magical medium.

I designed this lil guy years and years ago - I'll try to find the sketchbook in question. It's so cool to see it in its final form 🥹

I've always wanted to be a witch... So I made myself one. 💙

This witch is reaaaal special to me. For starters, she's the biggest piece I have yet to make.

But also - I designed this pattern a year ago. At the time, I was in between countries, with no idea when I might be able to move, and so emotionally tired that I didn't have any ideas or drive to make art.

So I turned to iconic witch paintings to try and get a jolt of inspiration back. And I found Goya's Witches series.

Goya's paintings are full of symbols. So I took those, and I made this: Toil and Trouble.

I'm so proud that finally, a year later, my witch is seeing the light of day. 🌛🌝🌜

Happy Halloween, happy spooky season ✨ and may the magic in you always find its way back 💙 by @mariannesstudio

Can you believe I didn't dance for THIRTEEN YEARS? ❤️‍🩹

The longest choreo segments are by @aimeedelvalle_dance ✨

Day 15: cheveux (hair).

We're going OVER THE TOP with a maximalist approach today... I can't tell if I like it or not, but it certainly is *something*.

I got my prompt from chapter 15 of Brave New World.

Day 14: tour (tower).

To catch y'all up: I am choosing a word from the first page of each chapter of Brave New World as my daily prompt.

I'm finding making these little collages quite relaxing, letting my mind associate bits and bobs and using a lot of works from the public domain as a starting point.

Today's prompt is: silhouette.

I couldn't help but include SPACE STUFF because I just visited both the CNES (the French space agency) and the Cité de l'espace (a massive space museum). And yes, it was awesome. I love space. <3

T'was the night of October 1st, and the lady kept coughing to herself. When forsooth, inspiration struck! And she doth decideth to do Inktober after all.

Here's the idea: I shall pick a word from each chapter of Brave New World (my favorite book), and make a digital collage inspired by that word.

#1 is lumière (light)

First off: I've posted a new video on my channel (!) about How To Train Your Dragon. Actually, I've posted TWO new videos: it's the same vid, but one is in French and the other in English. (Yep I recorded and edited the same thing twice. It's not weird).

Secondly: I've made a dragon-y bracelet but I forgot that I can't wear bracelets because they cause immediate sensory overload. (Don't worry, I'll convert it into a boot charm.)

So that's my June so far, how are you?!

spend some time in the studio with me ☁️ (the studio is the little table behind my desk that's usually cluttered with clean clothes I need to fold)
