CSW Day 4✨Jersey day🚀🔥.

There’s a difference between doing your job and genuinely caring about the experience you create.

Customer service is not just about answering questions, resolving complaints, or meeting expectations. It is about the moments in between, the extra follow-up, the patience, the empathy, and the decision to do better even when no one is watching.

This Customer Service Week, I’m celebrating everyone who understands that the extra mile is often where the real difference is made.

Here’s to creating experiences that people remember for the right reasons. 💙

Happy Customer Service Week!

Customer Service Week 2026 | The Extra Mile 🌟Day 1 & 2🚀

Customer service has taught me that the difference between a good experience and a great one is often found in the little things.

It is listening when a customer feels unheard.
It is taking ownership when something goes wrong.
It is following up even after the issue has been resolved.
It is showing empathy, even when the conversation is difficult.
And sometimes, it is simply choosing to do more than what is expected.

This year’s theme, “The Extra Mile,” is a beautiful reminder that exceptional customer experience is not always about grand gestures. It is about consistency, care, accountability, and genuinely wanting to make a difference.

As someone who has built a career around Customer Experience, Customer Relations and CRM, I continue to learn that people may forget what we said, but they often remember how we made them feel.

Here’s to everyone who works behind the scenes, on the frontlines, and everywhere in between to make customers feel valued.

Happy Customer Service Week 2026! ❤️
