Miraicon 2026 was one of those “you had to be there” events. I went with a last minute Marinette Dupain Cheng closet cosplay and was floored with the amount of members in my niche community. The cosplay contest was phenomenal. Shout out to @dat.pink.boi and his David Martinez. The craftsmanship on his Sandevistan deserves some recognition. Although I was happy with my one day experience, it left me wishing I had attended the whole weekend. If you see yourself or your vendor products - drop a comment so I can tag you!! by @marichat.cos

Flowey 🌻/ Undertale 😈

Howdy! In this world it’s kill or be killed... but the matcha, the crafts, the vendors? Golden. I’d RESET just to live this one again. As always, @ufomarkets hosted another amazing event. It was just to DIE for. by @marichat.cos

This Underground Market is to DIE for. Thank you @ufomarkets and @tribetealounge for hosting such a fun event, and such a delicious Flowey Matcha. by @marichat.cos

Goku Black 🖤 / Dragon Ball Super 🟠

I had so much fun with this impromptu photoshoot for Goku Black. It was inspired during Ultracon when I spotted other cosplayers making content in the rain. I am quite the cinnamonroll in real life, so cosplaying a villain was a little out of my comfort zone. I am a big Dragon Ball Sparking Zero fan, and decided to pick a character that I enjoy maining. Goku Blacks voice lines in Sparking Zero are permanently etched in my brain. Unfortunately, my Potara earring was lost somewhere from the parking lot to Ultracon, I did not realize until after my day ended looking back at pictures. Along with replacing my missing jewlery, I have many plans to continue building on my Goku Black cosplay. If you have any ideas, recommendations, or tips for props, feel free to drop a comment and share!

A big thank you to @shopdverano ! Since I’ve started cosplaying I have run into a lot of sizing issues, so when I found a shop that had custom fitting options for a character I truly love, my fate was sealed. Dverano has a great selection of anime inspired dresses, custom sizing options, communicates clearly with customers, and met my deadline without any issues. I would recommend Dverano to other ladies who struggle with default store sizes, and I would absolutely buy more items in the future.

I had so much fun as Goku Black at #Ultracon . I saw so many amazing cosplays, some of my favorite being Perfect Cell, Link, Heisenburg, Granny Seinko and Ladybug! I scored myself a new One Piece playing card deck. My favorite part of Ultracon was all the nostalgic game systems and original artists.

I love the Dragon Ball series, and I especially love playing Dragon Ball Sparking Zero (if anyone knows where I can play this locally, please drop a comment!) . Being recognized as one of my favorite villains gave me so much joy that I struggled to keep my ominous godlike character. I have more plans for Goku Black, and it involves a lot of craftsmanship. Overall a great day!

P.S. if you see yourself, comment so I can tag you :)

Body Improvement Club 🏃🏻‍♀️ / Mob Psycho 💯

Regardless of your reason, everyone has the potential to improve themselves. It doesn’t take talent. It takes showing up for yourself and never giving up. As someone who has never been very athletic, I felt very inspired by Mob. I plan on taking my gym training more seriously so I can be the best version of myself. If you’re seeing this, I hope this inspires you too. #mobpsycho100 #bodyimprovementclub #fighton by @marichat.cos

And so, I joined the body improvement club! 🏃🏻‍♀️#mobpsycho100 #bodyimprovementclub #fighton by @marichat.cos
