Calendar Club Final Week 🤠

Last 7 days of the Calendar Club this month totaled almost 190 miles ran in one week.

That was a lot of miles.

Saddles 100 🤠✅

100 miles circumnavigating the mountains around Prescott AZ.

100mi, 13,000ft ascent/descent, entirely at 5000-8000ft above sea level, technical rock scaling in the Granite Dells, intense grade ascent and descents, extreme heat during the day with lots of exposure to cold and dark through the night, and even crossed paths with a mountain lion at 2am.

3 things are for certain:

- I could not have gotten er done without the unconditional support of my crew @tranquility_28 @tierney.larson @trail.snail.az , and shout out my boy @andrew.perseveres as we managed to run the entire first 70 miles together 🤠

- @michael.versteeg and the @satisfyrunning @saddles100 team put together an event that creates an unbelievably unique experience, adventure, and journey 🙏🏼

- that was hard

Thanks everyone 💙🤠

Most people are posting for business, creating community, or promote themselves to open doors for opportunities!

Engagement is vital for that content to go anywhere, and it takes seconds to support your homies that are taking the time to put themselves out there for one reason or another 🤝 by @maricopa.cowboy

What are you doing with your used running shoes?

I’ve got a couple more that are ready for retirement. They’ve been used heavily, but are by no means trashed, they’re just no longer supportive for long miles or don’t have the outsole grip anymore after 400-500 miles. by @maricopa.cowboy

I lost almost 6lbs on a Z2 1.5hr run 🫣

Pre-run weight: 194.5
Post-run weight: 191.0

Consumed 1L fluid intra-run
(1L of water = 2.2lbs)

191 (post run weight) - 2.2lbs consumed
= 188.8lbs end weight

194.5lbs (start) - 188.8lbs (end) = 5.7lbs

1.72L/hr sweat loss today by @maricopa.cowboy
