Remember when Temptations basically became my GPS and got me back to the sailboat? ⛵️🐾

Well… apparently excellent navigation deserves a fully stocked reward station 😼

My friends at Temptations sent me the sweetest surprise, including my beloved chicken treats AND the Chicken, Catnip & Cheese flavor I’ve been wanting to try forever 💛

I carefully inspected everything and can officially confirm that this package meets Marie’s very strict quality-control standards 😌🐾

Thank you so much to the Temptations team for spoiling me. One very happy little Himalayan over here 💕

Vous vous souvenez quand les Temptations sont pratiquement devenues mon GPS pour me ramener au voilier? ⛵️🐾

Eh bien… apparemment, une navigation aussi efficace mérite une station de récompenses bien remplie 😼

Mes amis de Temptations m’ont envoyé une magnifique surprise avec mes gâteries préférées au poulet ET la saveur Poulet, herbe à chat et fromage que je rêvais d’essayer depuis tellement longtemps 💛

J’ai soigneusement tout inspecté et je peux officiellement confirmer que cette boîte répond aux très sévères standards de contrôle qualité de Marie 😌🐾

Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de Temptations de m’avoir autant gâtée. Une petite Himalayenne très heureuse par ici 💕

Apparently, Meowmy was feeling a little too clingy today 🙄😂

She called my name… I ignored her
She came closer… I ignored her
She tried again… still nothing

And then I finally gave her the look 👀

Twelve years ago, a little fluffy kitten came into our lives… and somehow, she has ruled our hearts ever since 🤍

Tomorrow is Marie’s 12th birthday, but since Monday will be a busy day filled with work and miles on the road, we celebrated a little early with her favorite: a tuna birthday cake 🎂🐟

If you look closely, you’ll notice a tiny angel watching over the celebration. It was a beautiful gift from our dear friends Coco, Max and their meowmy @chroniclesofcocoandmax , in memory of our sweet Jacob 🐇👼

Birthdays feel a little different this year. There is joy, gratitude, and a little piece of our hearts that still looks toward the sky.

Happy 12th Birthday to our beautiful Marie. We hope Jacob is celebrating with you… just from a different place 🤍✨

Il y a douze ans, une toute petite boule de poils entrait dans notre vie… sans qu’on se doute qu’elle allait régner sur nos cœurs pour toujours 🤍

Demain, c’est le 12e anniversaire de Marie. Comme le lundi sera une grosse journée de travail avec beaucoup de route, nous avons décidé de souligner son anniversaire ce soir avec son mets préféré : un petit gâteau au thon 🎂🐟

Si vous regardez bien, vous apercevrez un petit ange qui veille discrètement sur cette fête. C’est un précieux cadeau de nos amis Coco, Max et leur maman @chroniclesofcocoandmax , en souvenir de notre doux Jacob 🐇👼

Les anniversaires ont une saveur un peu différente cette année. Il y a beaucoup de bonheur, énormément de gratitude… et une petite partie de notre cœur qui regarde encore vers le ciel.

We accidentally discovered that Marie has a backup GPS… 🤣🐾

Yesterday, her Tractive GPS somehow ended up in the lake. We still have absolutely no idea how she managed to lose it, especially since she came back to the boat completely dry! 😹

So while we’re hoping to recover her GPS, we discovered something even more reliable…

Just shake a bag of Temptations, and Marie comes running at full speed every single time! 💛🐾

Forget satellites… maybe Temptations are the ultimate cat tracking system after all! 😸

Do your cats have a “recall button” too?

On vient de découvrir que Marie avait un GPS de secours… 🤣🐾

Hier, son GPS Tractive s’est retrouvé au fond du lac. Ce qu’on ne comprend toujours pas, c’est comment elle a réussi à le perdre, puisqu’elle est revenue au voilier complètement sèche 😹

En attendant d’élucider ce mystère, on a découvert un système de localisation encore plus efficace…

Il suffit de brasser un sac de Temptations et Marie revient en courant à toute vitesse! 💛🐾

Finalement, les Temptations sont peut-être le meilleur GPS pour chat qui existe! 😸

Hi everyone… it’s Marie.

Today is a very sad day 😿

My best friend Jacob 🐰 has gone on his final adventure 💫

For years, we shared our home, our sailboat, our naps, and so many special moments together.

I don’t quite understand why he had to leave so soon.

But I know he was loved beyond words.

And I know he loved us too.

Thank you for all the memories, my dear friend.
