Spring has returned, and with it, a quiet shift in the air.
The past six months had been relentless …an endless list of things to build, to organize, to figure out. There had been no room left for anything else, only rest, and the slow, steady work of taking care of myself.
But something is changing now. I can feel it 🧩 like pieces of a puzzle finally finding their place. A structure taking shape. My own practice on the horizon. And with a little luck, a loyal clientele not far behind. For the first time in a long while, I can breathe.

And then, almost without noticing, the desire crept back 🛹 the urge to ride again. Not just physically, but mentally.

I know I’m starting over, in a way rebuilding my balance from scratch. But sitting with that thought, I smile. After all, isn’t that the whole point?

Le printemps est revenu, et avec lui, quelque chose a doucement changé.
Ces six derniers mois ont été intenses — une liste interminable de choses à construire, à organiser, à mettre en place. Il ne me restait plus de place pour rien d’autre que le repos, et ce travail lent mais nécessaire de prendre soin de moi.
Mais je sens que les choses changent. Je le ressens 🧩 comme si les pièces d’un puzzle trouvaient enfin leur place. Une structure qui se dessine. Mon cabinet, bientôt une réalité. Et avec un peu de chance, une clientèle fidèle qui ne tardera pas. Pour la première fois depuis longtemps, je respire.
Et puis, presque sans m’en rendre compte, l’envie est revenue 🛹 celle de rouler à nouveau. Pas seulement physiquement, mais mentalement. Je suis prête.
Je sais que je repars d’une certaine façon de zéro que je reconstruis mon équilibre depuis le début. Mais en y pensant, je souris. Après tout, n’est-ce pas là l’essentiel ?

The end of this year is close!
I hope you are well where you are. I wish you wonderfull christmas time if you celebrate it!
And I wish I’ll be more present on social next year!
I have 2 projects at the same time: my new hypnotherapist career here @aimeetre_therapie where I have to post to have fun and share with people (only in french sorry) hiw to be better and know them better!
This account also because I miss a bit longboarding but i didn’t had time to work on my carreer and longboarding.
Can’t wait to be in spring and summer

I’ve just arrived in a new city, with new spot, with new people, with new job… new life.
I didn’t really skate for a whiiiile. And I feel I have to practice a lot to warm again my poor ankles and doing again what I’ve done during 2 years… It’ll take time but it will come back slowly but surely!

🇬🇧 Here we go! I’m leaving Paris after more than 10 years — I’m leaving, and all I can do is be grateful for all the experiences, the ups and downs, and the successes I’ve had!

Thank you to everyone who’s been there for me — friends, acquaintances, new faces, tears, and laughter!
I’m moving to join the Longboard community in Lille and to fully begin my new life as a therapist. But no worries — I work online, so I can keep working with Paris too.
I’ll come back to visit the community. Thank you for everything you’ve brought into my life!

🫶 I’m going to miss it, but I’ll see you again when I’m back in Paris — with or without my longboard!

🇫🇷 Ça y est ! Je quitte Paris après plus de 10 ans. Je pars, et je ne peux qu’être reconnaissante pour toutes les expériences, les bleus comme atteste la photo, les réussites que j’ai eues !

Merci à toutes les personnes qui ont été là pour moi sur place : les ami·e·s, les connaissances, les rencontres, les pleurs et les fous rires !

Je pars rejoindre la communauté de longboard de Lille et commencer pleinement ma nouvelle vie de thérapeute. Mais pas de souci : je travaille en visio, donc je peux continuer de collaborer avec Paris.
Je repasserai voir la communauté. Merci pour tout ce que vous m’avez apporté !

🫶 Vous allez me manquer, mais on se revoit quand je repasse sur Paris — avec ou sans longboard !
