@leigh.m.clark called me “an enigma” at the very start of our conversation, and I smiled. Maybe she’s right ☺️

We met in California, at events in San Francisco and LA. And recently we sat down to talk for her podcast Slay with me.

Seven years ago, my days looked completely different: a car business, almost 50 people on my team, and a constant rhythm of decisions. Then I started changing. First my routine, then myself.

Today I study human behavior. It’s what makes me feel alive. And I see how many people feel a little lost right now, as the world changes faster than we can understand ourselves.

That’s why I help people understand themselves and move forward in their own way.

Thank you, @leigh.m.clark for this conversation and for your warmth 🤍

This is part one. More of the story soon.

A special note of gratitude to Angela Pearl @angelapearlastrology

For her wisdom, her radiant energy, her guidance, and the strength she has brought into my life for over a decade.

For being not only a guide, but a true teacher on my path -
one who holds the light, even in moments when it feels out of reach.

It feels like a rare connection - one that transcends time and space. 💫

It is rare for me to meet someone with such strength and light within -
someone whose energy feels deeply resonant with my own, and whom I can truly look up to.

Angela, thank you for your light🤍

A quiet evening at my villa at @arenalmanoa with the rain falling outside and dinner served just for me🌿🌧️

The jungle feels different after dark. I listen to the rain and let dinner last a little longer. No rush, nowhere else to be.

Learning to enjoy your own company can be a meaningful part of personal growth. It doesn’t always come easily. Sometimes it takes time to feel comfortable in the quiet, without needing someone else to fill it.

Tonight, that feeling is in the little things: a beautiful meal, the sound of rain, and the freedom to enjoy the evening at my own pace.

There’s something deeply romantic about creating these moments for yourself.

Tonight, this is everything I need. taken in Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica by @mariialit

On Slay with me, @leigh.m.clark asked me if there was a turning point in my life. There was.

My life changed completely, and that pushed me to understand myself much more deeply. I started looking for tools that could actually help me make my own decisions, the right ones for me.

Over time, that personal search became part of my work.

Lee, thank you for this conversation. For your warmth, your genuine curiosity, and questions that make you want to answer honestly. Talking with you about what truly matters felt so easy 🤍

Have you ever had a moment that changed the way you see yourself? Share it in the comments. I read every story.
