Everyone warns you about alcohol, smoking and sugar...

But nobody talks about the emotional support they provide during difficult times 😌🍷

Before anyone starts typing an angry comment:
yes, this is a joke.

One thing I love about life on the Costa Blanca is that people actually take time to enjoy life.

Less rushing.
More sunsets.
More conversations.
And occasionally... a glass of wine.

Life on the Costa Blanca reminds me that not everything has to be productive all the time.

Sometimes it’s enough to simply enjoy the moment.

Stop scrolling if your trousers are always too big at the waist 👀

This is one of those fashion tips that makes you wonder why nobody told you sooner.

If you have a pair of trousers that fit perfectly everywhere except around the waist, this simple elastic band trick can help create a better fit in seconds.

The best styling tips aren’t always about buying something new. Sometimes the smartest styling tips are the ones that help you get more out of the clothes already hanging in your wardrobe.

We love sharing practical fashion tips that make getting dressed easier and help you feel more confident in your outfit choices.

Save this fashion tip for later and send it to a friend who always struggles with trousers that are too wide 👇

Therapy comes in many forms. Mine just happens to be wine. 🍷😂

Good conversations, good company and a good glass of wine… suddenly life doesn’t seem so complicated anymore.

Not sure my therapist is qualified, but wine definitely knows how to listen. 😉

“One drink and then home.”

Sounds like a lovely concept. Never tried it though. 😂🍷

Some friendships just feel different. 🤍

The kind of friendship where you can be completely yourself, laugh about absolutely nothing and somehow always have the best time together.

Some people really do just feel like home. And those are the ones you keep close. 🤍

Tag the person who feels like home to you.

At this point I’m basically living on borrowed time. 😂🍷

But if life in Spain has taught me anything, it’s that a glass of wine in the sunshine is sometimes exactly what you need.

Just another day of life in Spain. ☀

Just doing my groceries like a responsible adult. 🍷🛒

Because if you buy wine at the grocery store, it’s technically groceries. I don’t make the rules.

Just another day in the life of a wine lover. 😂

Please tell me I’m not the only wine lover using this logic?

Me: I’m only having one glass of wine tonight.
Also me: apparently I’m a liar. 😂🍷

Because somehow one glass of wine has a very convincing way of introducing you to the second one.

And after that? Well… we don’t count wine anymore. 😉

Please tell me I’m not the only one. 🍷

They said: “You can’t drink a whole bottle of wine by yourself.”

Me: sounds like a challenge. 🍷😂

Because telling a wine lover what she can’t do is usually a very effective way to make sure she does exactly that.

Wine, good vibes and absolutely no unnecessary limitations. 💃🏻

Any other wine lover feeling personally attacked by this Reel? 👀
