Recent site visit to our new standalone commercial kitchen currently under construction for an Aged Care facility.

The facility has been carefully planned to support high volume food production with an efficient and functional layout, incorporating large cool rooms, freezer storage, centralized cooking and baking zones and dedicated preparation and plating areas to streamline daily operations.

The kitchen is designed to service approximately 150 residents initially, with infrastructure and equipment capacity to expand and cater for up to 300 residents in the future. The design prioritises workflow efficiency, food safety compliance, and long-term operational flexibility. Lil's, Perth's newest drinking & dining destination, is dishing up good eats and good times. Mariljohn was entrusted with renovating and installing their state-of-the-art kitchen and three fully equipped bars for this restaurant, bar, and event venue. Our team managed the entire process, from consultation and design to fabrication and installation, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.

Custom stainless-steel solutions were crafted to meet the demands of each space, including countertops, shelving, and specialized cooking stations. The bar areas combined aesthetics and functionality with high-quality finishes and top-tier equipment.

With expert craftsmanship and a collaborative approach, Mariljohn delivered a modern, high-performance setup that enhances efficiency, durability, and the overall customer experience.

The Payneham Tavern in Adelaide officially reopened on Monday after undergoing significant renovations. We are proud to have designed its new kitchen and bistro bar as part of this transformation, which will help bring fresh energy to this much-loved community hub.

Studley Park Boathouse has been serving Melbourne residents for over 160 years, and it was an exciting experience to undertake this refurbishment for such a unique establishment. As this venue prepares between 1200 and 2000 meals a day, we had to design with this volume in mind to ensure Studley Park can operate smoothly for the next 160 years.
