Ames is six months old and the sweetest guy in town! His smiles and giggles light up our days. He is our content, chill guy, who always has a thoughtful look in his eyes. He’s learning to tolerate his sister’s obsession and smothering, she makes him laugh the biggest already. I wish it was a joke how fast time flies- I’m finding what everyone warns to be true, the days are long, but the years are short. The first few months with this little man were hard: full of learning, trial and error, and more moments where I didn’t feel like myself than I expected. Six months in, and life finally feels like cozy jazz music- full of complexities, some easy swing, and a lot of give-and-take. Parenting two littles is not for the weak, it has humbled me almost every day, and it’s the greatest joy of my life. WE LOVE SWEET BABY AMES. (Like James, without the J. 😉) by @marinalynnmacer

Happy New Year from all of us to you ✨ celebrating 6 years of marriage today and saying cheers to creating this dreamy life with my Jess. The ups, the downs, the happy tears and the storms… I’ll forever be grateful for the love that fills my days. So sappy, so happy and bringing that into 2026 ❤️

Ames is 2 months old! Christmas was the sweetest. Family brings me the most joy. Life with a 3 year old is unhinged. The days are long and time feels wild… one day I will miss this season, and I keep reminding myself to soak it all in ❤️ by @marinalynnmacer

End of summer. Dahlia’s first day of school. The start of fall. Soaking in sweet moments before baby brother arrives and bursting at the seams in more ways than one… all of it laced with joy and gratitude that this is the life I’m living and these are the humans who fill my days. Talked about how I wanted to be home most of the summer, so naturally we were traveling the entire month of July. Sun-soaked days spent with family and lifelong friends. Laughter, hard conversations, reliving favorite memories… lots of life in these little moments (with a baby moving all over the place in my big belly to keep me present.)
