life in fulll color as of late 🎨🍃🌷 by @marinamendeees

women’s group! ♡♡♡

la girlllies, i’m opening this container again for anyone looking for a bit more presence, intention, and community connection as we softly transition into winter

⊹ november 15 - december 20, 2026

⊹ online and IRL :: we will gather 3x outdoors for forest bathing and tea. the other 3 sessions will be held on zoom as a space to share in meditation, movement, self-inquiry, and listening

⊹ together, we’ll remember how to access presence, quiet the noise, and truly hear our inner knowing. we’ll reflect on this past year, reaffirm our values, practice seated and moving meditations, and connect deeply with ourselves, each other, and the natural world

⊹ while many of these practices can be experienced alone, i have found there is something deeply moving about sharing in these spaces together. it’s truly my greatest joy and honor to hold these containers!

⊹ message here or email info@heartofthewoodshealing.com for more info, questions, or to apply 🪄 (2 spots left as of this morning!)

lotssss of love

simplicity :: almost always the answer i’m looking for 💛 by @marinamendeees

pinching myself that these get to be the vibes… forever? i just bought my first home, and not just any home, *this* home where i had one of the most special summers of my life. it was a summer of slowing down, reading each other books in the bathtub, gathering friends to watch the fog roll in at dusk, and remembering that a good day doesn’t ask for much more than a meal shared with your favorite people. it was the summer i learned truly that love is a choice, available to us in every moment. the way this all went down was so serendipitous and i just cannot wait to share so many more memories here w my people — gratitude is an understatement. my most favorite thing to do in this life is to create spaces for people to experience beauty and connection and presence and joy and this home feels like the perfect place to do so. i feel like i’ve walked 10000 miles to get here, to finally have a home, to finally feel at home, and to finally be able to fill a home with love love and more love, so here’s a photobook ode to summer 2024 and you already know i will be taking a million more photos here this summer. so very grateful for this life xxoo by @marinamendeees

slow sundays ☁️

truly an offering from my heart —— this is all about finding presence, living with intention, and being with like-minded community while you live a life that feels like yours.

this is an eight week program for la locals with two in-person gatherings for forest bathing, sound healing and tea 🌲🍵

together, we’ll reflect on 2025, explore our values, orient toward presence, listen to our bodies, get clear on what we want, remember what it feels like to relax, and connect deeply with ourselves, each other, and the natural world.
