Start here. High School English Teacher by day.
San Diego Realtor by appointment. I talk about real estate, money, motherhood, teaching, and building a life with more options. My job, in every room I walk into, is to make complicated things feel clear. In the classroom, that looks like structure. In real estate, that looks like strategy. And in life, that looks like building something bigger than the version of you that was just trying to get by.   So if you like teacher hot takes, real estate strategy, San Diego life, and a little main character energy, welcome. You’re in the right place. . . . . . #TeacherRealtor #RealtorLife #WomenInRealEstate  #TeacherLife #TeacherTurnedEntrepreneuer taken in San Diego, California by @marinavogrinec

Some closings are extra special!! 🏡🤍 Helping dear family friends buy their very first home was such an honor, and WOW, this one made us work for it. 😅 Extension after extension, delays, uncertainty, and plenty of moments where we wondered “Are we ever going to close?!” But we kept pushing, stayed patient, and finally got to celebrate their brand new HOME. 🥂🔑 Shoutout to @meadowsdelimarket for having the Serbian goodies (obligatory Rakija, Smokies, džezva+Grand Kafa, VEGETA 😂 and slatka paprika etc. to complete my gift basket 🇷🇸✨… the absolute perfect touch for such a meaningful celebration! Seeing this family standing in a place that is officially theirs made every stressful moment worth it. Congratulations on your first home and this beautiful new chapter! I couldn’t be happier for you. ❤️ If you’re thinking about buying or selling a home in San Diego, I’d love to help you navigate the process and make your move as smooth as possible, reach out anytime! 📲 #FirstTimeHomeBuyer #JustSold #SanDiegoRealEstate #SanDiegoRealtor #WelcomeHome taken in Valley Center, California by @marinavogrinec

Introducing our miracle babe, Viktorija Vogrinec! Every good and perfect gift truly comes from above, and we’re holding ours in our arms. She apparently got enough beauty sleep at exactly 36 weeks! 🎀 taken in Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center by @marinavogrinec

The best kind of busy. ❤️ Happy clients, 600 cookies, family time, and a whole lot to be grateful for. (Not pictured, my mom, my Aupair-turned friend @t_sabrinaa, who helped me a lot🫶, and Matjaž who watched Viki all night)! #SanDiegoRealtor #NorthCountySanDiego #VistaRealEstate #RealtorLife #DualAgent by @marinavogrinec

The kids are alright. I promise. I spend my days around this generation and I see so much more than what people complain about online. I have a lot of hope for what they’re going to do with the world #TheKidsAreAlright #TeacherLife #HighSchoolTeacher #TeacherRealtor #EnglishTeacher taken in Fallbrook, California by @marinavogrinec

For years, I thought I had to keep my teaching career separate from real estate so people would take me seriously. I had it completely backwards. I don’t need to apologize for having another career, and I definitely don’t need to create some polished “Realtor persona” that leaves out half of who I am. I’m a teacher. I’m a Realtor. I’m a mom. I teach folk dance. All of it belongs in my brand because all of it is me. And the more I’ve embraced that, the more connected my business has become to my actual life, relationships, and community. If you have more than one career, passion, or identity: stop hiding the parts of yourself that make you memorable. ❤️ #TeacherRealtor #RealtorLife #PersonalBrand #WomenInRealEstate #SanDiegoRealtor taken in Fallbrook, California by @marinavogrinec
