I’m immensely proud of this journey and now it’s time to figure out what’s next as the cold season ends.

Sunday Social Swim and Sauna 🧊🔥

Today feels like the culmination of months of cold plunging, and wow, it’s been an emotional journey. I’ve stopped, restarted, stopped again, and kept coming back. But right now, this feels like the biggest day of the beginning—and I couldn’t be happier.

A huge thank you to @bastsauna for sponsoring this event with their incredible saunas. I can vouch for everything they stand for—and the best part? You can come and test them with me over the next three weeks. @samuelski you’re the man with all these photos, we got stuff ahead.

When I first started going into the water, it was just me, solo, in Stockholm. I dreamed of one day finding a community to do this with—a group of likeminded people ready to do dope things together. And today, that dream became reality.

Truthfully, all this cold plunging and social media has been for myself—a diary of what excites me and a way to show up for me. Because I believe when we truly show up for ourselves, that’s when we can start showing up for others.

Jeg lever, mærker og føler i ekstremerne. Mener bare, at jeg bliver glad, sur, forelsket helt yderligt. Derfor tilsidesætter jeg følelser som er middelmådige. Hvis ikke jeg mærker total forelskelse, så er den der nok ikke. Hvis ikke jeg mærker ekstrem glæde, er det bare normalt. Så når jeg egentlig er glad, men mærker frustration. Føles den ekstrem.

I skoven omgivet af skønheder kan jeg ikke se skyerne for trækroner og raseri. Ét moments ubalance gør mig grådig: jeg vil have hele skønheden.

Her sidder jeg, med et sæde i himlen og overblik. Hvad føltes middelmådigt er fra det perspektiv utrolig skønt. Det er ekstremt, hvor meget jeg savner det. 🌱 by @marinussiewe
