#TBT to teaching @bravoandy , @coco, and @cynthiabailey how to do a proper squat on Watch What Happens Live. 😂

Feeling nostalgic with #BravoCon just happening and @bravowwhl hitting its 3,000th episode.

I’m so grateful for the many cameos on Real Housewives and for working with so many of them on and off the show.

Fun fact: Andy Cohen’s nickname for me is Mr. Booty.

Anytime he sees me, that’s what he calls me.

Pretty sure it has something to do with this episode. 😂🍑

Ever wonder how some people stay calm while the world crumbles around them? 🤔

We’re in the middle of a mental health crisis—a time when one too many “bad days” can leave us reeling in anxiety, stress, or plain old burnout.

But here’s the deal: you can absolutely flip the script on your own mind.

I’ve transformed monumental struggles (hey, stage 4 cancer) into a powerhouse system called Interval Mindfulness©—a “HIIT for your mind” approach that helps you reclaim calm, fast.

On 1/27/25, I’m launching the Unbothered AF Mindset 7-Day Challenge.

In just 3 minutes a day, you’ll learn short, punchy Innervals™ that silence stress before it escalates.

Think rapid-fire mental drills—like quick breathing resets, easy movement tweaks, or a sassy self-talk line that defuses chaos in seconds.

Why It Matters:

- Tackle the mental health crisis head-on: Build a fortress of resilience so everyday stresses stop feeling like ticking time bombs.

- Improve your mental game: Train your head the way athletes train their bodies, turning meltdown moments into mental victories.

- Crush 2025: If you want next year to be a breakthrough rather than a breakdown, your inner athlete must be primed.

Ready for a shift? Sign up for the challenge, and each day you’ll get a 3-minute Innerval Workout™ plus insider tips to rewire your stress response.

Because life’s too short to let anxiety run the show.

Click the link in my bio or comment below to join.

Let’s build a mindset so solid, meltdown triggers bounce off you like rubber bullets. Believe me—once you taste the power of being truly “unbothered,” there’s no going back.

A lot of people seem to not know who I am, so here’s a little reintroduction.

Hi! My name is Mario Godiva.

I wrote a book called “Frozen, Not Broken”, and I’m working on a second shorter book.

I created Interval Mindfulness™, an interval-based way to combat stress and improve your mental health quickly; It will go mainstream soon.

I currently live in San Diego, but I’ve lived in NYC, LA, Chicago, and I’m originally from Wisconsin (Cheese-head fo life).

I help people get unstuck, flush stubborn fat, and all my clients associate me with being the leanest, happiest, and best shape of their life.

I have helped over a thousand people flush their stubborn fat with my 14-DAY FAT FLUSH.

I’m known for starting and fueling the crazy bouncey shoe fitness trend in 2011 - 2015, and have done over 50 media interviews and TV appearances around the globe.

I’m also known for teaching at Equinox, where I worked for over 13 years in NYC and LA.

I shrink myself to fit in to corporate gym structures, but group fitness will always be a passion of mine.

I have been experiencing discrimination on so many levels since I have been in San Diego.

It has been so debilitating, that I took an entire year off of social media and battled suicidal thoughts.

I will be publicly addressing this soon.

I’m insanely spontaneous and radically present; I do all things mindfully and I’m never distracted on my cell phone.

I’m a HUGE Marvel nerd and obsessed with all things supernatural.

I have a beautiful 6 year-old Shepsky (Shepherd/Husky) service dog named Angel.

I’m a massive nerd, I love research, and I consider myself a synergist, I put things together to make the effect more powerful; everything is interconnected.

I’m psychic, intuitive, and I’m at the intersection of science and spirituality, but I consider myself a very grounded spiritual person that is “in the middle.”

My massive variety in education, certifications, and training has enabled me to truly take a holistic approach to helping my clients exceed their health, fitness, and life goals.

My goal is to help you easily and efficiently find your way back to balance.

Thank you for following me. ❤️🙏🏾🙌🏾 by @mariogodiva

First Sunday of November set the tone for the month, with music in the room, breath in the body, and good people all around.

Thank you to every facilitator who showed up and shared their craft. You taught us to listen to nature, to tend our energy, and to release what we no longer need to carry.

And thank you to this community. You came, you flowed, and you made the room warm.

We hope you carry a little of that into the weeks ahead. The next First Sundays is coming, so stay close for details. by @mariogodiva

what made you laugh so hard this week that you almost needed medical attention? 😂🤣

it’s Meme Monday, and these are the things that had me absolutely losing it this week.

because sometimes the best therapy is laughing at life’s ridiculousness.

which one got you? drop your favorite number below, and share this with someone who needs a good laugh today! ❤️

I don’t really celebrate Halloween, but for @sofitukker? Apparently, I’ll put on leopard print and release my inner animal. 🐆😂💗

And what a night it was!

In a music industry where so much of what we hear feels low-vibrational, heavy, or focused on everything that’s wrong with the world, it’s refreshing to experience artists who make music that genuinely lifts your energy.

And I’m talking about TWO incredible humans: Sofi AND Tucker! ❤️

Two distinct personalities, two creative forces, and one incredible musical partnership.

Their music doesn’t just make you want to dance. It makes you want to celebrate being alive.

The joy. The playfulness. The connection. The freedom to be unapologetically yourself.

That’s what I love about them.

There’s something powerful about being surrounded by people from all walks of life, moving together, smiling at strangers, and forgetting about the outside world for a few hours.

Music has the power to shift our emotional state, bring us together, and remind us that joy is something worth making room for.

And SOFI TUKKER do that beautifully.

Getting to meet them at their final Animal Talk show of the year was already special, but walking away with an autographed setlist?! 🥹

Now THAT was the cherry on top!

Thank you, @sophiehawleyweld @themothertukker, for creating music that celebrates individuality, connection, and the beautiful absurdity of being human.

We need more artists who remind us that music can be an uplifting force, not just background noise.

And apparently, I need more leopard print in my wardrobe. 😂🐆

Happy Halloween! 🎃💗

who decided breathing exercises had to feel like watching paint dry? 😂

inhale. exhale. repeat.

and repeat.

and repeat.

listen, breathwork is powerful, but some of us need a little more variety to stay engaged.

so I decided to remix it.

welcome to Interval Mindfulness®.

think interval training meets mental fitness, with a whole lot more novelty.

instead of doing the same breathing pattern for ten minutes, we change the challenge every 15 to 30 seconds.

⚡ Micro-movement Innervals to engage your body and attention.

⚡ 1:1 rapid breathing intervals.

⚡ 1:3 pulse breath intervals.

⚡ 1:6 pulse breath intervals.

new rhythm. new sensation. new opportunity to practice shifting your state.

novelty can help capture attention, and intentional variation gives your mind something new to engage with.

and we’re not just training your breathing.

we’re Inner Training your mind, body, and emotions.

the goal isn’t to force yourself into perfect calm.

it’s to develop flexibility, awareness, and the capacity to respond differently when life changes the rhythm.

and yes, this video is 35 of us doing Inner Training inside a sauna. 😂🔥

now imagine bringing that same playful, practical energy into your own life.

that’s exactly what we’re doing at Inner Training Camp at Alchemy Springs!

join me for a 30-minute live experience combining movement, breathwork, focused attention, and short Innervals.

no meditation experience required.

just curiosity, a willingness to experiment, and a little sense of humor.

ever overthink something so hard you end up in a completely different ZIP code? 😂💀

one thought becomes five.

five become fifty.

and suddenly you’re mentally rehearsing arguments, predicting disasters, and solving problems that don’t even exist.

meanwhile, reality is just sitting there wondering where the hell you went. 😂

here’s the thing.

you can’t always stop a thought from showing up.

but you can practice not letting every thought take you for a ride.

that’s where Inner Training comes in.

notice the spiral. reconnect with your body. redirect your attention.

because not every thought deserves a full investigation, a closing argument, and a first-class ticket on your emotional airline.

your thoughts can visit. they don’t have to take Command.

tag your favorite professional overthinker. 😂

what happens when 39 strangers start laughing, making ridiculous faces, and training their nervous systems together? 😂🔥

apparently, mindfulness gets a whole lot more interesting.

this is what Interval Mindfulness® looks like when we bring Inner Training into a room full of people ready to move, laugh, connect, and try something different.

we’re talking Laugh Innervals, Jaw Innervals, and Happy/Sad Innervals that challenge your attention, release tension, and practice shifting your emotional state.

and yes, you might look absolutely ridiculous.

that’s part of the fun. 😂

because Nervous System Conditioning doesn’t have to mean sitting silently with your eyes closed.

sometimes it means laughing with strangers, moving your face in ways you haven’t since kindergarten, and discovering how quickly your attention can shift when you give it something intentional to practice.

and now I’m bringing that same Inner Training energy to First Fridays at Alchemy Springs!

join me for a 30-minute live experience where we’ll explore short, practical Innervals combining movement, breathwork, focused attention, and emotional flexibility.

no meditation experience required.

no pressure to get anything perfect.

just real tools, good energy, and a chance to experience mindfulness differently.

your brain gets a workout. your Inner Athlete gets stronger.

how much of your life have you lost to conversations that lasted less than five minutes?

the text that changed your mood.

the rejection that made you question everything.

the comment you replayed seventeen times, wondering what you should’ve said differently.

the unanswered message that turned your entire afternoon into an emotional crime investigation.

and somehow, one moment became eight hours of overthinking, self-doubt, and nervous system chaos.

that’s an expensive reaction.

not because your feelings are wrong.

but because the emotional cost keeps exceeding the actual event.

you lose focus at work.

you withdraw from people you love.

you cancel plans.

you mentally rehearse conversations that might never happen.

and the person who triggered you might already be enjoying lunch. 😂

here’s the uncomfortable truth.

you don’t always get to choose what hits you, but you can train how you recover.

that’s the difference between simply surviving a trigger and building Nervous System Conditioning.

your Inner Athlete learns to recognize activation sooner, interrupt the spiral, and return to Command before one moment hijacks your entire day.

Inner Game Plan: Reclaim Your Time

the next time something hits, pause and name what you’re feeling without immediately deciding what it means.

take three comfortable breaths, unclench your jaw, and ask:

“what actually happened, and what story am I adding?”

then choose one small action that returns you to your life.

because the goal isn’t to become someone who never gets hurt.

it’s to become someone who doesn’t lose themselves every time they do.

your recovery time is part of your progress.

save this for the next time one moment threatens to steal your entire day.

At this point, 2026 owes us financial compensation, emotional damages, and a f*cking apology. 😂💀

But since nobody’s cutting us a check, we might as well laugh through the chaos. 🤣

Happy Meme Monday! Your weekly dose of questionable humor, relatable disasters, and much-needed comic relief.

Which meme called you out the hardest? Drop the number below! 👇😂

the planets can be doing backflips. you still get to choose your response.

mercury’s in retrograde and apparently emotional regulation has been canceled until further notice. 😂🪐

the texts are getting misunderstood.

the plans are falling apart.

the exes are resurfacing.

and somehow mercury’s getting blamed for decisions people made with their own two thumbs.

listen, I’m all for astrology, intuition, and paying attention to the bigger patterns.

but here’s where the Grounded Mystic comes in.

you can honor the symbolism without surrendering your Command.

because whether the planets are influencing your experience or simply giving you a reason to reflect, your response is still yours to train.

not every misunderstanding needs a confrontation.

not every uncomfortable feeling needs an explanation.

and not every emotional trigger deserves immediate access to your energy.

Inner Game Plan: The Retrograde Reset

when something throws you off, ask yourself:

what’s actually happening?

what story am I adding?

what’s within my control?

then choose one stabilizing action before responding.

breathe. move. pause. clarify. set a boundary.

that’s Inner Training.

that’s being a Grounded Mystic.

you can read the signs without letting every sign run your life.

the planets can do their thing. you still get to choose your next move.

what’s one thing you’re refusing to give your energy to this retrograde? 👇
