Delighted to show off this garden renovation project we recently completed. It was a tricky triangular space but we fit in a secret shed. The corten steel bespoke planters were made and installed by @fabworxbespokemetalwork

Ómós.
Beautiful.
Sophisticated Irish craft traditional art and food.
Vernacular but Japanese sensibilities too. With a Danish twistín.
This was the best food, hotel and hospo experience we ever had. Hands down. Anywhere in the world.
Will defo be back.
Try and go. The respect hits you deep in your soul.
At the risk of this being a podcast, Cúán has brought so much together. People have followed him all over the world to work here with him.
And the Food. That Mammy Salad was Devine. And clearly the best Fig Leaves ever to come out of D6 😏😉🌳
But seriously I’ve been eating Cúán’s food at Supper Clubs, through Covid, PopUp for Bloom Fringe, at Bastible…..
Ómós is streets ahead. Delicious. Sophisticated. Tasty! And humorous. One course is a Potato. On its own with The Best Butter ever. Yum.😋

I just saw a Hummingbird Moth in my garden at 10pm in Dublin!
I didn’t however get an actual picture as he/she was very flitty and too fast.
But he/she was ONLY interested in plants with blue or purple flowers.
Sooooo Cooool!!
I’m very excited rn.
I’ve never seen a Hummingbird Moth in Ireland, let alone Dublin, let alone my Own garden!!
I guess it’s climate change…

The garden this Solstice morning. Full Bee action in the Olive tree. Hundreds of Bumblers. A fair smattering of Honeybees too. Lots of other pollinators too but man, the sound of the bees is extraordinary.
Yeah, I know, it’s nature, so extraordinary isn’t the word. It’s ordinary.
But we don’t hear this massive buzzing or humming in Ireland very much at this time of year. So it’s sooo cool. Excellent vibrations. Perfect frequency.
