10 years… (A Decade) and somehow, the pain still feels fresh 😭😭.I think about the lives we lost, the families that were broken, the children who grew up with fear, and the young people who watched their dreams and opportunities disappear. Children watched their parents lives taken, infront of them . We go out every day not sure we will make it back home alive . In the last 10 years…. We lost atleast 1 person every week 😭😭😭. Sometimes I wonder what Banenda and other towns would look like today if we had been given these ten years in peace. Tonight, I remember. I mourn what we lost, and I pray for the day our people can finally live, dream and smile without fear. 10 years of pain. 10 years of loss. 10 years we can never get back. 🕊️🇨🇲 #anglophonecrise #f #foryou #bamenda by @marionlex_
