I love Dance, and i love sharing it. I believe it is one of the most powerful things ever! Experiencing connection with self, music, people, space… allowing yourself to let go, be vulnerable, strong, sexy, firm, confident, gentle, open… to be... You

Welcome to a part of my world 🖤

@dancekike is a creative collective of women using art and specifically dance to tell stories, stories of our people, our joy, our struggles, our victories, our culture!

This piece titled Overcome inspired & created for International Womens Day Concert by @keconservatoire

The aim of this choreography is to celebrate women across the globe, overcoming the glass ceilings in their respective spaces and challenges that we face day to day

We are here & we are & will continue to overcome 🖤

In Partnership with;

1. State department for Culture and Heritage Kenya
2. @tuskermalt

Artistic Direction @marionmunga
Performed by Kike & friends

Through mindfulness, i find a practice that helps being fully present, even in the most hectic of circumstances. Heart leading through empathy, mind guiding with focus and attention 💫 to becoming a harmonious being 🍃

If dancing doesn’t bring you laughter, peace, and a sense of calm to your mind, heart, and body… then I honestly don’t know what else to tell you! 😂🤣

Dancing is more than just movement. It’s therapy for the soul, freedom for the mind, and happiness for the heart. ❤️‍🔥🕺🏾💃🏽 #viral #fyp #konpa #dance #trend @_haiticherie @marionmunga @konpauniversal @nairobi_konpa taken in Nairobi, Kenya by @marionmunga
