First and foremost, I want to thank God—without Him, none of this would have been possible. This win is under His glory. I also want to express my deepest gratitude to my wife, my family, my friends, and my supporters, who have been by my side from the beginning. It’s been 13 years of dedication and grit, applying all the knowledge I’ve gained, and continuously learning and becoming better with the craft.

Becoming an IFBB Pro means the world to me, and I’ve seen countless blessings along the way. This victory was earned through hard work, sacrifices, and unwavering determination. From the start of this journey, as a kid with a dream who was often laughed at and doubted, to now achieving what was once considered impossible, I am endlessly grateful. To anyone with a dream: protect it, keep striving forward, and never give up. This journey is living proof that with faith and perseverance, you can turn your dreams into reality.

Now that this chapter of becoming an IFBB Pro has come to an end, a new journey begins: getting my sights set on the bigger picture, the Mr. Olympia and showing the world who I am. It’s going to take time and countless shows, but with continues work ethic I’ll be there one day. To anyone reading this: make sure you protect your dreams, and in this lifetime, accomplish everything. Live with no regrets and make sure to live in the moment while doing so ❤️

Alright, these are the official shots from the 2025 Excalibur, where I took home the overall win! We’ve got just two days before we hit the stage at the 2025 NPC Nationals, and trust me, the excitement is real! I’m pumped, I’m nervous, but I know all the hard work I’ve put in is going to pay off, and we’re going to come in looking even better than the last show. I’m super hyped to showcase an even stronger package this weekend. I’m leaving it all in God’s hands—God willing, He’s the one who makes the ultimate call. Can’t believe what happened last night, didn’t kick in till this morning on the big win and I’m so happy and grateful about life right now .Thank you to the man upstairs 🙏 and to have the amazing support from my family and loved ones that came out last night and showed nothing but love. Thank you IG fam for showing so much love with all these DM’S and messages through out prep, kept my fire lit the entire time. Last but not least, thank you coach ! Thank you for your guidance, support, and diligence. Your support and discipline helped me win the over all, love you coach. Shows anytime soon ? Honestly idk I just want to enjoy my rebound and put on nothing but quality size and muscle. Then vs. Now. 13 years apart.

13 years ago I made a promise to myself that I wasn’t going to quit, no matter how hard things got. Bodybuilding became more than just lifting weights—it became my purpose. There were years of sacrifice, setbacks, self-doubt, and moments where I questioned if I’d ever make it.

But every time I got knocked down, I got back up. I kept showing up. I stayed locked in.

I told myself as a kid that one day I’d become an IFBB Pro, and after 13 years of chasing that dream, I made it happen.

This post isn’t about a physique. It’s about keeping a promise to yourself, even when nobody else believes in you.

If you’re chasing something that matters to you, don’t quit just because it’s taking longer than you expected. Keep putting in the work and keep showing up, your time will come.

The depletion phase.

A few days out before winning my class and the overall at the Excalibur—and man, was I depleted. To most, it might not look like it because of the mass I’ve added, but if you know, you know.

This is the phase where carbs are at their absolute lowest, protein is high, fats are high, and your body feels completely drained—flat, exhausted, and running on fumes. Every movement feels heavier. Every rep takes more effort.

But this is where you push to another level. This is where you dig the deepest. It’s uncomfortable, it’s brutal, and it’s not pretty—but it’s required if you want to look absolutely out of this world on stage.

This is where champions are built 🔥
