It breaks my heart just thinking that one day I won’t be the most important person in his life anymore. by @marisaamatos

The first time they saw each other.
I didn’t know what to expect from little B maybe jealousy, maybe fear.
But what he felt… was the pure love of a big brother. Ainda estou in love com este momento. Nem acredito que sou mãe de dois! 🤍🤍 #love #family #home #baby #momlife #mom2 by @marisaamatos

Vêm descobrir comigo! by @marisaamatos

As the years go by, our circle gets smaller, but somehow, so much better.

We start to realise that it’s not about how many people we have around us, but about having the right ones. The ones who know us, who make us laugh until our stomach hurts, and with whom we can pick up right where we left off.

Family will always be at the heart of it all, but friendships like these deserve to be kept close, too. Because no matter how busy life gets, we should never lose the people who make us feel like we’re 20 again. 🫶🏻🥂 by @marisaamatos

And as promised, here it is!

Two islands, two countries, one unforgettable trip.

Did you know you can travel from Langkawi, Malaysia, to Koh Lipe, Thailand, by ferry in just 90 minutes?

No flights, no complicated routes, just a beautiful boat ride between two tropical paradises.

And the best part? You can find accommodation for around €15–30 per night if you know where to look.

And yes, it’s also a perfect trip to do with babies! We did the whole journey with our six-month-old baby, and it was such an easy and unforgettable experience.

I’ve put together everything you need to know: how to get there, ferry prices and accommodation costs.

One of Thailand’s best-kept secrets 🌴🇹🇭

Crystal-clear water, white-sand beaches, a laid-back island vibe and a paradise that doesn’t have to come with a luxury price tag.

And the best part? Koh Lipe is also a wonderful destination for families with little ones. We visited with Bernardo when he was just 6 months old! 👶🏼🌊

And here’s a little travel tip… 👀 Langkawi in Malaysia + Koh Lipe in Thailand make such a good combination for a Southeast Asia trip.

I’ll share more about this combo in my next Reel!

Save this for your next adventure and send it to someone you’d love to go with.

STOP booking your trips before reading this.

My simple tricks to find better flights and beautiful hotels without overspending.

FLIGHTS
• Compare prices on Google Flights & Momondo.
• Be flexible with your dates, midweek flights can be cheaper.
• Check nearby dates before booking.
• Set price alerts to track deals.

HOTELS
• Search Instagram for hidden gems & dream hotels.
• Use location tags, hashtags and travel creators for inspiration.
• Save your favourites in a dedicated collection.
• Compare Booking.com, Google Hotels & the hotel’s official website.
• Always check recent reviews, location & free cancellation.

My golden rule: Never book the first option. Compare, save your favourites and take your time! by @marisaamatos

wtf is an iPad kid! Our house gets chaotic, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. by @marisaamatos

I created this monthly sticker chart to help Bernardo Maria become more independent at mealtimes. ❤️

Each day, he earns a sticker when he eats his soup and main course by himself, stays seated, uses his napkin, and keeps his food off the floor all without our help!

The goal is to encourage independence while making family dinners a calm, happy moment to connect, talk, and end the day together.

Would you try this with your little ones? by @marisaamatos
