And just like that… my precious nephew George is officially a Pre-K graduate 🥹🎓💙

It truly feels like just yesterday you were so tiny, and now you are growing into the smartest, funniest, kindest, most handsome little boy with the biggest heart and brightest smile.

Your laughter, curiosity, sweet spirit, and big personality make everyone around you so happy. I am so proud of all you have accomplished already and so excited to watch you continue to grow into the amazing person you are becoming.

Not every deal is as simple as 1 2 3. This one started out so straightforward, and then the night before closing I got the news that the buyer’s lender didn’t have all the documents they needed. What was supposed to be an easy finish turned into an extra week of countless phone calls, texts, emails, and everything in between. 🤪

But today, we finally made it to the closing table… and I couldn’t be happier for my sellers. They can officially breathe (as can I) 🤗 and close this chapter. 🤍

Grateful for their patience, trust, and grace through it all. 🏡💛
