Your numbers are talking. Is anyone listening?

Most law firms have data.

Leads. Sign-ups. Conversion. Open cases. Demands. Settlements. Revenue.

The problem usually isn’t a lack of numbers.

It’s that no one is connecting them.

If intake conversion drops today, what does that mean for signed cases next month?

If demand velocity slows, what does that mean for settlements and revenue six months from now?

If a KPI is off, who owns fixing it?

That’s the work I love.

I help law firms turn operational data into accountability, action and predictable growth.

Because a dashboard isn’t the strategy.

What you DO with the numbers is.

Does your leadership team review KPIs every week? 👇 by @marisamckain

Last week in New Orleans, I had the privilege of taking the stage for the Women in Leadership Business of Law Summit — and seeing this message afterward absolutely made my day.

I’ve spent years in law firm operations, and one thing I know for sure: growth doesn’t happen by accident. It happens when we get in the room, have the real conversations, share what’s working (and what isn’t), challenge each other, and then go back to our firms ready to EXECUTE.

Being able to host, facilitate, connect, and bring some energy 🔥 to that room was an absolute blast.

And hearing that people are still talking about the Summit? That’s the goal. Not just another conference. Not just another presentation. Impact that follows you home.

Thank you to @wilbybetty for trusting me with the stage, and to my @lawfirmxcelerator family for supporting me and giving me the opportunity to do what I love — helping law firms build stronger people, better systems, and operations that actually drive results.

New Orleans… you were GOOD to me.

But we’re not done yet…

HOUSTON… YOU’RE NEXT!

Let’s keep building, connecting, learning, and raising the bar for the business of law.

See you in Houston!

18 Women in Law. One Runway. A HISTORY-MAKING MOMENT!

Who said women in law & @thegreatjayden @westopatnothing only make power moves in the courtroom? Sometimes, we take over the RUNWAY!

For the FIRST TIME EVER, the WILBYBETTY® 2026 Conference brought fashion, leadership, confidence, and community together for an unforgettable Women in Law Fashion Show!

Led by the incredible @thearraeculmir , 18 phenomenal women and Jayden | Eric from our legal community traded their courtroom presence for runway confidence, and BABY, they understood the assignment!

But this was about more than fashion. It was about celebrating the women behind the titles, embracing our individuality, and reminding the world that women in law are multidimensional.

We can lead. We can litigate. We can build businesses. And YES, we can WALK!

To Arrae, our 18 beautiful models, and everyone who helped bring this vision to life, THANK YOU for making WILBYBETTY® history.

And just wait until 2027… the runway is going INTERNATIONAL!

Next stop: Dominican Republic
WILBYBETTY® 2027 | Bold. Brilliant. Brave.

I travel a LOT, attend conferences across the country and around the world, and have been in some incredible rooms. But @wilbybetty remains, and will always be, my FAVORITE!

There is something truly POWERFUL about being in a room filled with extraordinary women leaders, law firm owners, executives, operators, strategic partners, trailblazers, and our amazing male allies who genuinely champion women in law and leadership.

The energy, the connections, the authenticity, the knowledge shared, and the relationships built are simply unmatched! This isn’t just another conference. It’s a community, a movement, and a room where women empower women to rise!

Every year, I leave inspired, recharged, and reminded why I love being part of this incredible movement! 💗🙌

Thank you Betty for creating this space for us!

WE’RE GOING GLOBAL IN 2027!

As organizations plan their 2027 budgets and partnerships, NOW is the time to get involved!

We are looking for strategic partners who want to align with this powerful community of women leaders, law firm owners, executives, and changemakers.

Let’s make 2027 our biggest year yet!

📩 DM me to explore partnership opportunities and secure your spot!

I fix law firm chaos.

And by chaos, I don’t mean a firm is failing.

Sometimes it’s exactly the opposite.

The firm grew.

More leads came in. More cases got signed. More people were hired. More revenue followed.

But the systems that worked at one size didn’t grow with the business. A system that worked at 1000 cases will absolutely break at 2000!

That’s when you start seeing it:

Intake isn’t converting consistently.

Cases aren’t moving fast enough.

Nobody knows who owns what.

Managers are putting out fires instead of leading.

KPIs exist—but nobody is accountable for them.

And the owner is still being pulled into everything.

That’s my lane. That’s what @lawfirmxcelerator does to help firms scale!

I go into the operations, figure out where the friction is, and help build the systems, accountability and leadership structure to move the firm forward.

So yes…

I fix law firm chaos. And I absolutely love what I do. @lawfirmxcelerator

My baby is 27 today.

@itsgigirivera, sometimes I look at you and still see my little girl, and then I realize what an incredible woman you’re becoming. I’m so proud of you, your growth, your strength, and the woman you continue to become.

No matter how old you get, you’ll ALWAYS be my baby. Being your Mommy will forever be one of my greatest blessings.

Happy 27th Birthday, Gigi! 🎂❤️ Mommy loves you more than you’ll ever know.

Everyone help me wish my baby a HAPPY BIRTHDAY! And I’ll see you Saturday! by @marisamckain

Okay attorneys — this one is for you!

One of my clients is growing and looking for an attorney to join their team in office in either Columbus, Georgia, or Phenix City, Alabama.

More importantly, this is a great firm with a great team, and I’m looking for the right person who wants to be part of what they’re building.

If you’re a PI attorney looking for your next opportunity — or you know someone who might be a great fit — DM me.

I’ll give you the details and make the introduction! by @marisamckain
