I’ve explored many practices for the body, the mind and the nervous system

But Pravilo is the only one where I feel

Everyone should experience this

It’s intense uncomfortable It really asks something from u

there is something so deeply liberating about it

It creates space

Not only in the body but in your whole being
I’m honestly blown away by this practice

It’s when the soul wants to speak through me
The light that comes from the heart is different
It is not always understood at first
but it is always felt.

My ego wants perfection my soul wants truth
Thank u @starboii858 for showing your beautiful heart and for capturing this unforgettable moment without a plan i took my guitar with me and I didn’t have to question it god just makes always sure when the moment finds me the right person appeares ✨💕
This is how my soul likes to create
unpolished in the moment real and raw

The most common regrets people have on their deathbed
are not about what they did wrong
but about where they did not fully live their soul

Regret is knowing you could have been more
that you knew what to do but didn’t do it
out of fear doubt or comfort

It feels like I could have been more

Not truly living
Too much in the mind not enough in the moment
Too much work work work not enough joy or spontaneity

Life is not about being perfect or doing everything right

It is about bringing Light into matter
embodying your true self
and choosing consciously every day

Ask yourself
Are you living your own life?
Or are you living what others expect from you?

Are your choices made from fear
adapting to family or society?

I feel successful not because I have a successful career but because I live my own truth

I still love to travel but now I travel differently
The greatest gift of the journey isn’t the experience itself its not about more experiences but from transforming those experiences into something to share with the world.
Its the inspiration I can’t wait to bring home and turn into creation. That’s where the light is revealed. ✨ Gos sometimes conceals the Light not as a punishment, but bcos otherwise there would be no room for us to build our own vessel. If everything were always revealed, we would never learn to choose.

It’s a shift from living by signs to living from inner knowing and personal responsibility.

So each day, I ask myself

How faithful can I be today to what I already know, deep within? Stay true to yourself, but never lose your playfulness

While I walk through my life in peace and safety
and see beauty unfolding in my life

I cannot look away or remain in my own bubble of happiness

This is just the beginning of moving toward a time in which we will have to let go of many things
that now feel normal and self evident what feels safe and guaranteed today
may not be there tomorrow i am deeply aware of that

So at this point the only goal in my life
is to make the world a little lighter hrough my light I wish everyone can wake up with the feeling I wake up every single day..

Stability is the new frequency
After three years of full time disciplined daily inner corrections deep shadow work through breakthroughs intense initiations and tests
I now rest in comfort things flow without effort
Everything bears its fruit in silence

And that almost feels too normal and quiet

Now new year i entered a new phase my soul grows quietly through daily small choices through humility consistency and simplicity

And from that foundation I can give share and offer without self interest

I am doing well enough that no longer need to achieve anything

It feels as if all my dreams have already come true

This is not apathy or avoidance
It is the saturation of desire Inner peace is the foundation

That does not mean all forms are already there

It means the essence of safety love and peace is already present
The form can follow in its own divine time

This song is an invitation to explore a deeper layer of who I am and perhaps of who u are too. Do u dare to listen? • I wasn’t planning on sharing this. But my soul wants truth ✨

There is so little authenticity left on social media. We often only see the polished result, while the most beautiful and my favorite part is the process itself.

I want to show that something beautiful doesn’t have to sound perfect from the very beginning. It doesn’t have to meet any standards. It doesn’t have to become anything yet.

In the beginning, it’s simply about playing, exploring, listening, and enjoying the moment. Letting go of the need to perform and allowing something honest to emerge.

That is what I hope to inspire in others.

My path isn’t only about sharing finished songs. It’s also about sharing the journey

Thats why i love to guide others in finding their own authentic voice.
This is where my songs begin. Exploring the deepest part of my soul

This music is not love and light i feel and express pain what is not even mine
It doesn’t invite you to simply feel your wound.

Its when the light needed time to decend Receiving light is one thing but carring it is something else

Untill three years ago i lived deeply unhappy life. Though all those experiences i created a depth within me not as a story to tell, but as a resonance that can be felt.

Now I understand why the journey needed to take so long and painfullway. Without those years, my voice could never touch the depth in others that it can today.

The emotions that arise are not about me they emerge when people reconnect with their own inner truth.

The voice is not separate from the way we live. It carries the consciousness of the person behind it.
As I align more deeply with authenticity and truth, my voice becomes a clearer channel for what wants to move through me.

That’s why this path asks so much of me, because whenever I’m not fully living in alignment with my truth, I see it immediately reflected in my voice it starts to withdraw. patience, discipline, trust beyond logic, rest, and many hours of solitude. No teacher, no roadmap only the path unfolding within me.
I am still learning how to carry this sustainably, opening when it is time to open, and resting when it is time to rest.

The first seeds are planted in the small town where I was raised
