Revisiting something I shared a while back about curiosity, excavation, and the things we discover along the way.

What's interesting is how much these ideas have continued to show up in my life.

After 40 days of experimenting, trying new things, following rabbit holes, and giving myself permission to play, I'm realizing that curiosity isn't just something I value. It's something I want to keep practicing.

And the more I do, the more I discover.

Funny how you can return to something you wrote and find a whole new layer of meaning in it.

The excavation continues. 🐇✨

A little throwback to our Level 1 improv potluck, where I brought a mocktail called “Yes, And…” 🍹🎭

Day 40/40. I did it. 🥹

I started this experiment because I wanted to get myself making, exploring and showing up again.

Forty days later, I followed rabbit holes. Took improv. Went new places. Made things. Played. Got frustrated. Changed my mind. Met people. Tried things just because I was curious. And paid a lot more attention to what pulled me in.

Somewhere in there, I found my way back to a part of myself I really missed: my free spirit.

Turns out she was still there. She just needed more room to play.

Tomorrow I'm taking my inner child on an adventure to see Fraggle Rock Live. Because of course I am. 😂

Day 39/40: spying on the artist at work. 👀

Sam taught himself how to do stained glass, which still blows my mind and now one of his pieces is heading to its first silent auction

I may be slightly biased, but this man is ridiculously talented. ❤️
