This panel delivered.

Their entrepreneur endurance, the focus it continues to take, the way they refused to sugarcoat any of it, and I had to blink hard a few times.

Because I know what it cost them. It’s been my honor and privilege to coach them through various points of their careers.

I know the nights they wanted to quit. The deals that fell apart. The seasons where nothing worked and they return again anyway. Nobody on that panel got here clean. And the building doesn’t stop.

Real estate sales is simple, not easy.

But here’s what I know after all these years. The highs are higher when you have people to celebrate with. And the lows don’t cut as deep when you’re not carrying them alone.

That’s what Agent Edge was for. A room full of people who chose not to do it alone. Thank you @mattanthonymortgage for hosting us!

I looked around the room a few times and I felt it. Every face I’ve watched fight for something. Every person who kept going when it would have been easier not to.

Thank you for showing up and being honest. To the panel, thank you for being the reason someone else keeps going. 💖 🧗‍♂️

Never give up on your dreams.

The work works.

My big sisters and my nieces. 💖

Being their little sister and their aunt are two of my all time favorite things to be in this life.

Every month, I invest $100 into each of my nieces’ custodial stock accounts, with dividends automatically reinvested (DRIP).

For birthdays and holidays, they get to choose: a gift or another $100 in stock.

It’s one of my favorite ways to love them, teach them about money, and give them a little head start in life.

I’m a transparency and fundamentals kind of gal, so as promised, here’s what I invest in for them. 📈

Your stomach drops. And so does theirs.

Moving twice.
Two closings.
Two payments.

None of it sounds ideal.

It doesn’t have to be this stressful.

With @upequity’s Trade Up program, your clients can:

Buy first
Move once
Sell later

Building? They stay in their current home until the new one is ready.

It saved a luxury flip for me. And one of my coaching clients is using it right now for a client building their next home.

Think of one stuck seller client. Then join the free webinar.

My garden is popping off. 🌱

Legit, using @soil3organiccompost has me out here thinking I’m a master gardener or Martha Stewart. It’s that good.

Growing things is one of the great loves of my life. Gardens, investments, Realtors, entrepreneurs, businesses, relationships.

In coaching, I’m “the foundations guy.” And I’m realizing that’s how I approach most things I love.

Tend the soil, strengthen the foundation, care for the roots. Give things a place where they can settle in and grow for decades.

I’ve always cared more about how things feel than how they look. I want what I grow to feel deeply rooted, cared for, and alive.

Then the blooms come, and I fall in love all over again.

And because I also love brass tacks and solutions: if you’re gardening in Zone 8a like me, Soil3 is what I’m using to give those roots something good to grow in. 🌱I get it at @super_sod in Pineville. 😃

Same rule for growing your business: fix and feed the soil first. by @marissaboylecoaching

I want you to meet Alison Alston.

Alison was in philanthropy.

Now she’s a $100M Agent.

Not because she found a shortcut. Because she did the work, and then kept doing it on the days it got hard. That’s the whole story. It’s also the only one that ever works.

Episode 10 of the $10M Agent Alumni Podcast is live. Alison Alston telling it straight. And reminding everyone that the best businesses are built on relationships, not transactions.

Inside the episode:

 •    Building from $0 to $10M vs. scaling from $10M to $100M+ and why they require completely different skills
 •    Going from individual producer to team leader and CEO without losing who you are
 •    Why relationships, investors, and relocation became the foundation of her business
 •    Turning the closing table into the beginning of the client relationship, not the end
 •    Autopsying wins and losses to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what to repeat
 •    Why new agents should outsource sooner and stay focused on the things only they can do
 •    The routines and systems that let her layer business, leadership, and life
 •    Why consistent lead generation beats shiny objects every time
 •    How she’s using AI and automation to create leverage and increase productivity
 •    Building a team that develops people not just production
 •    Handling criticism, growth, and the identity shifts that come with bigger leadership
 •    Her bigger vision for sustainable building, community impact, and what comes next.

Yesterday, I installed a pollen trap.

Today, I risked my face for 11 granules of pollen.

Learned a lot.

Will absolutely do it again, but better. 🐝

PSA: If you’re going to be an entrepreneur (or beekeeper), you’re going to get hit. Get used to it. Recover quickly, take the lesson, and try again.

And have some fun with how hilariously bad you are in your beginner season.

Mistakes are a given. Your willingness to solve the problem, take the lesson, and try again isn’t.

That’s the whole game. by @marissaboylecoaching

I want you to meet Olivia Galarde.

Olivia was a server.

Now she’s a $26M Agent and developer.

Not because she found a shortcut. Because she did the work, and then kept doing it on the days it got hard. That’s the whole story. It’s also the only one that ever works.

Episode 8 of the $10M Agent Alumni Podcast is live. Olivia Galarde telling it straight. And reminding everyone that you don’t scale by adding more to your plate. You scale by getting ruthless about the few things that actually move production and running them every single day.

Inside the episode:

• How Olivia broke through the $10M barrier, and why the same simple systems that got her there are what carried her to $26M

• The lead generation strategies driving her growth, and what she cut once she got clear on what was actually producing

• How she balances resale production with land development and listing her family’s luxury builds in Charlotte and on the coast around Wilmington, and the leverage that makes running multiple ventures possible

• The daily routine and time blocks that keep production consistent when you’re wearing that many hats

• Why staying authentic to who you are is a business strategy, not just a feel good line

• The role accountability, discipline, and coaching played in her growth, and the lessons she only learned by living through them

• Plus: the new projects she’s most fired up about heading into next year 🏗

I want you to meet Nelvia Bullock.

Nelvia was in corporate.

Now she’s a $20M Agent.

Not because she found a shortcut. Because she did the work, and then kept doing it on the days it got hard. That’s the whole story. It’s also the only one that ever works.

Episode 7 of the $10M Agent Alumni Podcast is live. Nelvia Bullock telling it straight. And reminding everyone that the things that build a $20M business are the ones you do over and over when nobody’s watching.

Inside the episode:

• How Nelvia turned a marketing background into a $20M real estate business built on farming, referrals, and showing up in her community

• Why owning a geographic farm is less about mailers and more about becoming the person the neighborhood already trusts before they need an agent

• The time management and structure that let her run at that level without letting the business swallow her family life

• Her media tips like how she gets in front of local and national press and uses that visibility to build authority in her market. Including the story behind landing the HGTV Dream Home 2026 in Charlotte and how visibility like that gets earned, not handed out

• Why you shouldn’t underestimate the power of small. The little consistent touches are what compound into a legacy business

• The systems, coaching, and accountability behind consistent production
